We placed an order 11/13 around 7 pm a few minutes before pulling into drive thru. The lady (curly hair type) let us know we would have to wait because it usually takes 5-10 minutes for them to work on it. We were fine w that and asked if we could pull up she starts explaining herself again in such a condescending tone we roll up our window and pull up to the window because our baby was crying. When we get there she starts with her attitude being so rude and she does the hardest eye roll ever. Who are you to think you can talk to people however you want? From the moment we pulled up, she was rude and condescending for no reason. It’s not that serious. I see a previous review of the same issue w the same person from a few months ago. Your location really needs to do a better job at considering candidates to work there. Way too emotional and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this location to ANYONE!

Great place and I love their Chai latte
Great place but haven't been able to go here all week cause they only accept cash. Wich means me and the wife's been going to DD close to this store. Plz get this issue resolved so i can start enjoying SB again. Thanks. Update it has been fixed just rode by changing to a five start because they are great and friendly.
I like the service. I love the new layout. Both onside and out. I do not feel cramped like in the previous store.
Since they moved to the new location they have a drive through and are keeping the lobby closed. So when walking or riding a bike I’m out of luck and not able to get my drink.
The service was very fast and my order was correct.
I waited in line for 15 minutes and received a horribly made hot chocolate. this was my last visit to starbucks

Amazing super friendly staff and always quick. If someone’s training or your drink is mis-made, they will happily make it right with a smile! Bonus points because they remember their regulars and your order! Thanks for being such an awesome crew!!
