The worst situation that I had lived ever on a fast food service, I am from Mexico and I was not able to understand clearly what the man on the counter mentioned, being super coarse and treated me as a dumb person, I decided to not got anything from there and leave the place. Really sad for people that come to visit Seattle :( being foreign.

Unfortunately this Subway location has gotten worse throughout the years. Recently started using the app to take advantage of discount specials since previously they had issues with coupons or honoring national advertisements. Orders are incorrect or missing items when picking up after using the app. They are difficult to deal with and don't want to issue refunds for out of stock items that were ordered. Worst of all is the argumentative and rude employees. Myself and all my coworkers will not be buying from this establishment anymore it has gotten so bad.

Flavio is amazing! Just got done with a crazy rush but still made sure to take the time to make me feel welcomed and taken care of! 10/10 Would definitely recommend sliding through and showing some love to the Lenora location! Give that man a raise!

Great worker with good customer service. Delicious food. One of my best subway experiences in terms of taste. The only negative is that there are homeless people outside which isn't that surprising, but if you're not from around here, it might be a little unexpected

Horrible approach from the employees, one coughing over my sandwich, barely put chicken slices ,not enough for a footlong portion, second employee comes to check what’s the issue, scoops back the chicken from my sandwich without gloves ,putting the scoop right in my face and telling me this is how we measure the quantity, Not caring about hygiene or customer service. HORRIBLE and of course didn’t take my sandwich!

I stopped here while in town for a work trip after the gym for a quick post gym turkey sandwich. I got a 6 inch turkey sandwich, on wheat, no cheese. Got a few regular non premium toppings (lettuce, onion etc). I also got a regular fountain drink. I get to the register and the total was $20!!! I’m not one to complain too much about paying good money for good food, but $20 DOLLARS FOR A 6 inch sandwich and a fountain drink? I draw the line there. Absolutely ridiculous. I could have found a local spot to make me a sandwich for much cheaper and better quality. I’ve traveled the world and have paid premiums - but we’re talking about subway…. I had breakfast today at a sit down restaurant for a quality COOKED meal that was also $20. For $20 you can buy a pound a turkey and a loaf of bread and make 7-8 sandwiches. Save your money and skip this place!

Tried to get a sandwich at 11am on a Sunday. Even though Open 24 Hours sign was lit up and it looked open, both doors were locked and nobody was in sight.

The roof is leaking on me…. 2 6inch subs for $11 but my friend spent $66 on less food. The guys helping us were nice but the prices make no sense and the food quality is poor

It's the usual Subway experience in a convenient location, and actually open 24 hours. The downside is that you really do pay more for the privilege of going late - a footling, two bags of chips, drink, and cookies came out to about $50 here where it's about half that at the locations by Seattle Center.
