I genuinely do not understand how this place is still in business. I was given an incorrectly made online pickup order and brought it back hoping for a refund or at least some sort of resolution, but was met with an extremely dismissive and unhelpful employee. He repeatedly walked away while I was trying to explain the issue and ultimately claimed he did “not know how to do a refund” after implying that I was asking for money out of his own personal finances. I was then told I could just “take off what I don’t like,” which completely defeats the purpose of paying to build my own sandwich in the first place. To make matters worse, the store phone number printed on the receipt is also out of service, making it impossible to contact anyone for help. Extremely disappointing customer service, but that doesn’t seem to be anything new with this location.
Beware! The prices here are double as compared to other subways. They say because this branch is open 24 hours, their prices are higher. I regret not knowing this before I ordered 4 subs. Also, the place is very poorly maintained. I had a homeless person come into the shop when I was ordering, he kept asking for money and it was very scary.
An Absolute Disgrace from Start to Finish I genuinely cannot believe I paid nearly $30 for a sandwich, a bag of chips, and a soda at Subway. THIRTY DOLLARS. For a place that markets itself as a quick, affordable lunch option, that price tag alone should be criminal. But the highway robbery at the register was just the opening act of this disaster. Let's talk about the food — and I use that term loosely. The sandwich tasted bitter. Not "eh, could use more seasoning" bitter. Aggressively, inexplicably, offensively bitter. The chips somehow matched this feat, also carrying a bitter, stale flavor that made me question whether they'd been sitting in that basket since the Obama administration. There was virtually no other flavor to speak of — just a sad, lingering bitterness that I paid a premium to experience. And then came the consequences. Within 20 minutes of finishing my "meal," my stomach launched a full-scale revolt. What followed was nothing short of a gastrointestinal catastrophe — an atomic bowel movement of biblical proportions that I would not wish on my worst enemy. To summarize: I paid $30 to feel sick, suffer, and question every decision that led me through that door. Subway has officially achieved the rare trifecta of overpriced, inedible, and physically hazardous. I'll be packing my lunch for the rest of my natural life.
Walked in, bathroom was out of service, toaster was broken, POS cash register was broken, couldn’t accept my mobile app points, soda machine was broken, no napkins, and the worker told us that if we were broke and had no money, to “not come here”. The hispanic guy with the stubble count your days you need to get fired immediately. Not to mention the fact that a white lady came in, took 8 bags of chips, and just walked out without paying. Horrible service and inflated prices. Do NOT come here. Update: He tried calling the police on us after we were eating in our car infront of the store
***FALSE ADVERTISING: Not 24/7*** ATTENTION to this SUBWAY OWNER and to the SUBWAY CORPORATE,. This store has both doors closed and locked. Just went and told it is close while it shows info everywhere it’s 24/7.. I waited outside and after I showed the server (repeatedly) that it showed 24/7 from my phone, the server open the door. The server tried to ignore and seems wanting a customer to beg 😏. I didn’t beg but curious. Upon questioning why he kept saying it’s closed , the server has the nerve to be angry instead of apologizing. It’s okay I left without food. No good neighbor business anyway.
Subway should get ahold of this location, while yes the food was fresh.. the prices are more inflated than I've ever seen. I dont understand how they are allowed to put whatever prices they want on the food, 4 6in sandwiches with 2 chips and 2 drinks should absolutely not be $70 😱 ridiculous! Plus putting an out of order sign to keep customers from using the restrooms should be illegal.
Whatever you do don't ask for help with the app. They don't know jack, and become angry. I was accused of being a troublemaker and told to leave. As I was starting to leave he told me that he would not start making a sandwich unless I paid first. I don't know what their deal is down there, But I will say that I am a Black American senior citizen in a wheelchair and my behaviors do not reflect the people Who hang around 3rd & Lenora.
The only few stores that is really open 24 hrs in this area Drop by at 4 am for a quick sandwich fix Subway is subway Overall happy w what I got
I ordered through the Subway app because it offered a better deal than ordering in the store. When I asked for extra mayonnaise and other sauces, the staff refused and said they don’t provide extra sauces on app orders. The prices at this location are also much higher than at other Subway locations. On top of that, one employee was very rude and unprofessional. I understand if there are store policies, but they should be explained politely. Overall, the customer service was disappointing
This is one of the worst and most infuriating consumer experiences I have ever had. Even now, I still find it hard to believe that a normally operating business could have multiple employees with such poor service attitudes. What shocked me even more was that when we raised concerns about the service, the store manager not only made no effort to understand what had happened or resolve the issue, but instead directly told us: “If you don’t like the service here, you can leave.” May I ask—is this really how you handle customer complaints? The incident itself was actually very simple. Without any explanation or clarification, the staff member just left our items there and walked away, not returning for over a minute. We only raised a concern because of this kind of service attitude; we did not make any unreasonable demands. When the manager came over, instead of first asking what had happened, explaining the situation, or trying to resolve the issue, they immediately displayed an extremely arrogant and hostile attitude, telling us to “leave if we didn’t like it.” I really have to ask: how does someone like this even become a manager? As a manager, isn’t your most basic responsibility to handle problems and mediate between customers and staff? If your only response to a normal customer complaint is to tell them to get out, then I truly cannot understand what “customer service” even means for this business. What made me most uncomfortable in this entire situation was not just the “poor service,” but the fact that from the very beginning, their attitude toward us already felt unfriendly and discriminatory. Especially after the manager appeared, they neither asked for clarification nor listened to our explanation, but instead immediately sided with the staff and pushed us to leave. This made me wonder: if it were different customers, would they be treated the same way? Were we being judged differently from the start? I do not make such judgments lightly, but their behavior genuinely gave me this impression. Even more unacceptable is that this was not just one staff member having a bad day. From the staff to the manager, the entire handling of the situation showed an astonishing level of arrogance, indifference, and unprofessionalism. I even want to say this directly to the owner: do you actually know how your employees and managers are treating customers? One rude staff member might be an individual issue; but when a manager also handles customer complaints by saying “if you don’t like it, leave,” then this is no longer just an employee problem—it reflects a serious management issue within the business. Customers paying for a service do not expect to be treated with servility, but basic respect, communication, and professionalism should always be there. If even this cannot be achieved, and customers are met with even worse attitudes after raising concerns, then I truly have to ask: how does a business like this plan to sustain itself in the long run? I rarely get so angry about a single experience that I feel compelled to write such a long review, but this time I genuinely felt it was necessary to document what happened. I also hope the owner will personally see this review and take the time to understand what actually happened that day, and how your manager handled the customer complaint. Because if I were the owner, seeing my staff treat customers this way—and my manager not only failing to resolve the issue but making it worse—I would be extremely concerned about how many more customers this business might lose. This was an extremely poor, highly unprofessional, and deeply disrespectful customer experience.
