Christopher and his team were knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with helpful and experienced responses. I found precision solar to be excellent at communication and their comprehensive review process to assess wether solar was right for me helped me understand the process as well as make the right choice.
I called Chris at Precision Solar by mistake. There are "Precision Solar" all over the country, and unfortunately this wasn't the one near me. Even though Chris knew it was a mistake, he returned my email to let me know, and earned my respect. I wish my contractors were as responsive and helpful as Chris was.
The whole process with Precision Solar and Chris, has been great. Chris has been very easy to work with and has communicated with me very well throughout the entire install. He has always returned texts and emails very quickly and has answered any and all questions or concerns that I had. My panels are now producing power and the little touchscreen monitor that comes with the system shows how much power they're putting out on a hourly/daily basis. Pretty cool! Thank you guys for your hard work.
We had Precision Solar install our home system and have had a great experience so far! We liked that their sales (quote) staff are knowledgable, professional, and no pressure--unlike some other companies we received quotes from. We also liked that they are a smaller company as we got prompt and good service and even met the owner! Things were done on time and excellent communications throughout!
While I did not end up being a sunward power customer, I had a couple of long discussions with Chris Middlebrooks about the project I'm considering, and he was helpful, transparent, and not pushy. When I am ready to proceed and the numbers make sense, I want to do it with a company like this one.
Their rep, Kim Johnson, who came to our house to talk about precision Solar, was friendly in an upbeat way, informative and knowledgeable, and very understanding when we had to decline the loan. If we were able to do the install financially, the company sounded like a good company to do it.
Decided to go solar after turning down multiple other companies. Chris's door-to-door salesman mentioned 0-money-down financing, and after a few conversations with Chris I realized solar was a cheaper investment than I had realized. The loan was configurable in such a way that I could reduce my monthly payment down to almost equal the expected output of the panels, so I signed on. From that point on Chris and his workers were delightful and the work was done moderately quickly (90% of installation was done in 1 day). I would definitely recommend them to friends or anyone reading this review.
