Jesus was the main installer and he answered all my questions when they came up. We even updated the plan when he got there on the ground. It was seamless and efficient. Then the owner, Chris came out to inspect progress and I happened to be there and wow, what a charismatic individual he is! He loves his employees, the process and everything solar, so much positive energy for one human being! The experience was seamless, effortless, clear and wonderful. I learned a lot from observing and was never denied answers to all my questions. Love this company, and I love what this system is doing for my electrical generation.

I went solar with Danny Torres. He was an amazing representative. Walked me through the whole process and helped me understand how solar works. The PPA program is saving me money on my power bill and only pay the utility fee. Will be recommending him to friends and family!

We were looking to take advantage of going solar before the federal government tax credit went away, and reached out to Sunward Power to take on the project. Chris Gross, Rebekah and Chris Middlebrooks were absolutely fantastic to work with! Very responsive, personable, professional, and kind. We were very appreciative that they had an in-house roofing subcontractor as we needed this to be done as well. They did a great job organizing the roof install as well as the solar panels install while keeping us updated all along the way. I would highly recommend working with Sunward Power if you are looking to upgrade your home to solar.

Sunward was the second company I got an estimate from, and I'm glad I did. They were cheaper than the other company, provided a system with more power, and were good to work with. We hit a few snags, as any project like this does, and they were always willing to work with the inspector or work to resolve my concerns. I'm very happy with my system.

We had Sunward Power install a complex solar setup at our house a few years ago. The install was great, even with a few hiccups along the way with Electrical Inspectors, PGE, and the Sunward Power team. What made them stand out is the post install service they have provided. We had a micro inverter go bad after some time. We called them up and they promptly came out swapped out the bad one and fixed the issue. Very well run and the people working here are great! Thanks!

My experience with Sunward has been exceptional! We were interested in going solar but didn't think we'd be able to afford it. A salesman from a different solar company came to our door and talked us into signing up for solar through their loan program. Upon doing research we realized that the total price we'd pay over the term of the loan was quite high. (and this other company also had many terrible reviews online). So we backed out and began looking around for a better company. We ended up choosing Sunward for the following reasons. 1) They are an Energy Trust partner - so they have the backing of a nonprofit we trust. 2) They had excellent reviews. 3) They are a local company (the other company was not - and not invested in our community or word of mouth recommendations) 4) They felt honest, were friendlier and didn't feel predatory like the first company did. 5) The price that Sunward quoted us was much better than the first company's. In the end I decided to pay the full price up front for the solar system (so as to avoid paying interest), which ended up being a much better deal in total (less than 1/3 of the price of the first company's loan total with all of the interest!). Our experience with Sunward has been phenomenal: Excellent customer service, regular check- ins, personalized care, designed and re-designed our solar layout multiple times to create the best case scenario with our house and our needs, excellent attention to detail and professionalism. The best part has been that they saved us money, and they also really care. Some other companies (especially out of state ones) seem to just want you to sign, lock in a loan and then they install a system in a sloppy way which could have negative side affects in the long run. In contrast, our experience with Sunward was personalized and professional. I highly recommend Sunward, and for those choosing between companies I highly recommend reading reviews of companies you are considering, and make sure that you do the math! How much will you pay for electric over the next 40 years? (Consider that PGE has raised prices every year lately). How much will you pay total for any solar program? (adding all of the interest over the years if you do a loan). Add up the totals of what you will pay with regular electric versus a few solar companies and compare them. This was really the kicker for us - we'll end up saving 10s of thousands of dollars in the long run because our energy will all be payed for through the solar. In reality we'll probably save even more - as my calculations didn't include any price increase for electric from PGE - which I'm sure they will do. Also, it is so satisfying to know that we won't be relying on fossil fuels to power our electric needs. We're saving money in the long run and making a huge positive environmental impact on a local level.

Chris and his team At Sunward Power are fantastic, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or work with them again. From the beginning Kaden was Stellar from the sales side of things, and walked us through the entire process, answering questions whenever they came up. I'm a bit of a solar/renewable geek, so my knowledge is a little deeper than most, and they were happy to chat about my questions or edge case scenarios. Instead of being annoyed, they were happy to chat details! Our panels were installed on a day in December and my three kids under 10 have been giving me daily updates on the power that they make. "Daddy, we're up to 4830 watts for this hour!" or "Its January and we just made a record of 23.23 kWh today!". Love that they share my passion for making the world a little better and solar with Sunward Power has been a HUGE help! Don't hesitate! If you're interested in solar, give them a call.

Kaden was fast to respond, great to work with, and put together a system that's working great. From in depth technical questions, and multiple different proposals, they kept me in the loop and made me confident about choosing them even before installation. When installation did arrive, everything went smoothly, and was in on time.
