The new Franklin battery storage system is on and working perfectly! The folks at Sunward Power are knowledgeable and friendly. They are very good about answering questions, are readily available and communicated anything that was happening, also did a great job dealing with any unforeseen circumstances. Thank you to Andrew and his coworker for doing a lot of really hard work digging trenches, it was greatly appreciated. Definitely would recommend them!
Since starting to do business with Sunward, they have gone out of wire way to help us resolve some technical difficulties concerning our monitoring panel. Totally pleased with their level of concern to solve problems.
Really appreciate the pros at Sunward. Kaden was helpful and informative from the get-go. The whole process was much smoother and faster than we were expecting, and our system has been working great. We have a bit of a wonky roof on our old house, so at first the panels looked a little bit warped. We let Sunward know and they came back out pretty quick to make a few adjustments. Kaden and Sunward were very professional, friendly and patient throughout the quoting and sales process as I made my decision to go solar. It was important to me that the installation looked amazing since it faces the street. This team was able to confidently design around the hardware on the roof (vent pipe) and achieve the best look without being overly shy about getting too close. Other companies had many unnecessary compromises in their design. They were very efficient and friendly on the day of install. Their price was competitive and their choice of hardware was excellent and the most sensible for my situation. The best result was that my wife thought the panels IMPROVED the look of our house rather than decrease our curb appeal. When friends came over it took them a few visits before they realized we had panels installed! I am very happy with their design and installation and highly recommend them as your solar design and installation solution.
The company from start to finish was incredible- responsive, engaged, and professional. The install crew was great to work with, specifically Colby who went above and beyond by taking care of extra work while on our roof for the day. We really appreciated the extra effort and would definitely recommend Sunward Power!
We had three estimates for solar power installation. I met with Chris and was very impressed. He is extremely competent and professional. The installation went quickly and efficiently. The crew was amazing. Personable and friendly. Didn't have quite enough room on the roof for one more additional panel. Which was disappointing but as you can see by the photo filled up our available space. Also had a battery installed. Have had a series of short power outages through PGE. Our electricity didn't even blink. Had another contractor here working on a different project. Told him the next day the power had been out for four hours. He didn't even notice. Our bill went from $135 per month to $15 per month. Couldn't be happier with the company.
