Sunwise has been very straightforward and up front with us from the beginning of the process. While we had difficulties with the financing company that delayed our project, Sunwise helped us through that and we were able to complete our solar project and save money on our electric bill and ultimately achieve our goal to help the environment at the same time. The employees both in the office and field were helpful and courteous, and answered questions in a straightforward manner.
We encountered a few issues early on where the initial assessment failed to identify specific aspects of our installation. The installation team had to address these issues during the install process. The installers did a great job in overcoming these issues. If not for the initial assessment misses we would have given SunWise a 5 rating, but lowered to 4 due to the early challenges.
Every part of the process was very simple and easy going.. didn’t have to come out of pocket for any of the up front cost instillation and have already seen a big reduction in my utility costs with solar verse not having solar. Was a one day install and the crew cleaned up very nicely after. Pleasant experience from our sales guy Ryan to the customer support team giving me updates along the way with Samantha and Esmeralda. Very professional and easy going every part of the process, 10/10 experience with them!
Sunwise came and installed solar panels, they did it all in a day, kept it clean and they were very knowledgeable and efficient.
The gentlemen who installed my solar panels were polite and fast. The panels were unloaded quickly and installed very quickly. They definitely knew what they were doing! When they hit a snag with my house not having attic access, they had an alternative solution where the pipes were laid on the exterior siding. It looks great though, and done in a way that it doesn't look like an eyesore. The only two things I noticed that could have been handled differently is one smoked a cigarette on my property without asking, and the little plastic ties that were cut off of the panel packaging were left discarded in my driveway and I found some metal shavings near the install site. Not overly concerning, and overall I was very pleased with the experience.

We were thrilled to work with Sunwise from the beginning to end of our installation plan. They were quick to communicate throughout the entire process and followed through to ensure we were satisfied the whole way. The team was professional and courteous and the actual installation took less than a day. Highly recommend to anyone looking into solar!
Last fall I had my solar panels installed by Sunwise. The crew who did the installation was from the Dominican Republic. They did an excellent job. The crew leader was very knowledgeable. His crew worked hard and completed the job in one day. The Sunwise support team have kept in touch with me and Santiago asked about my satisfaction with Sunwise. I have nothing negative to say as, so far, things have gone well. I would recommend them.
Very professional from first meeting to set up. All went well. Communication was a key factor to the success.
