We had been contemplating having solar panels installed for a number of years. SunWise was great. They designed a system that covered our entire roof. The service team was polite and did good clean work, which was important to us as our home is newly built in 2021. Good communication throughout. Our system went online in November of 2025.

Sunwise Energy has been amazing from start to finish. From the initial consultation to the installation and follow-up, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and truly customer-focused. They handled everything — permits, design, installation — smoothly and efficiently. The install crew was on time, respectful, and did a clean job. Even after the system went live, they’ve continued to offer excellent support and guidance. Highly recommend Sunwise if you’re thinking about going solar!

I have always wanted to go solar and I'm glad I found Sunwise. I desperately needed a new roof and had no way to pay for it and Sunwise was able to arrange it so I had no out of pocket expense. I was able to get both the roof and solar panels installed, and they did a great job. The roof looks amazing and they completed it in one day. The solar panels were also installed in one day. Just waiting for inspections and can't wait to see the system up and running. I want to do a shout out to Seth - my very professional and PATIENT and non-pushy salesperson! He took the time to explain solar to me in a way I could understand unlike another company I spoke with. He was great keeping me informed of the whole process and helped me pick out the roof shingles. I also want to thank Andrea who has been calling me and keeping me up to date on 'what comes next.' I’m very satisfied this far starting with the first contact with the sales associated. He answered all of my questions and concerts, went through all the options thoroughly and I honestly never felt any pressure to make a decision. The whole process was handled by Sunwise, and I never felt uninformed about the process. The panels were installed in just one day and it was a clean job. I am a happy customer and I would do it all over again, if given the decision, with Sunwise!

I am very satisfied with my experience with Sunwise Solar. They delivered everything that was promised and finished in time for me to receive the tax rebate. I would recommend them to anyone looking to go Solar.

I am very disappointed with the solar panel service I received. The system has not been working properly, and despite multiple attempts to get the issue resolved, nothing has been fixed. Communication has been poor and the problem continues. Because the system is still not functioning as promised, I will be filing a claim in small claims court to recover my losses. I expected a professional installation and reliable service, but unfortunately that has not been my experience. I hope this review encourages the company to finally address the issue. This has been a terrible experience from start to finish. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable service or basic customer support.

All of our communications and interactions with Sunwise have all been favorable. Beginning with the sales staff, Esmeralda, pre inspection, and the installation crew. Their crew was here two days installing a new fuse box and placing the panels on our roof. They all worked in a professional manner and kept us posted on their progress. Esmeralda has been in contact throughout the process, setting appointments and checking on our satisfaction. We are now just awaiting the final inspection so we can switch to utilizing the solar power. So far, everything has sailed along smoothly, and we have been very satisfied with the choice we have made to go solar.

There are a lot of options if you are considering going solar. I no longer have options because I mistakenly committed to this company. My job was difficult, I acknowledge. I needed a new line to the transformer and they trenched my yard. It took SIX MONTHS for them to finally get the hookup. I had a hole in my yard for six months. They would ghost me for weeks until I called demanding updates. Now I finally have panels but for 2 weeks they’ve been shut off. They need to wait for PECO to allow them to power into the grid. Meanwhile, I haven’t heard a word from them in weeks. The delays are bad enough and partly due to the large system I purchased, but never updating me is enough to write this review and tell you tool run from these folks! You want a company you feel is looking out for you. This ain’t it!

After doing my due diligence about installing solar panels on my property, I am so pleased I chose Sunwise Energy. They prepared me with step-by-step instructions with not only what will be done but also to when it will be done. The paperwork was easy to read and included all applications required for permits with the city, which they handled, to paperwork for the PECO energy company. Once the permits were approved, next step was making sure the condition of my roof was stable and then the exciting part, installation of the solar panels. The delivery of parts and 20 solar panels was delivered in the early morning and few hours later the Installation Team arrived. This team lead by James and 3 other techs got to serious business. Each knew what needed to be done. One handled the electrical side, while James and the other two guys prepared the installation of the panels on the roof. My one main concern was how the racks were to be installed on the roof. James took time to show me all the parts involved and that there will be NO water leakage into my ceilings. Standing and watching them carry the panels up the ladder was also an amazing sight that I had to video it because no one would believe me. The process went smoothly and efficiently. When the job was finished, I asked them for pictures and they were happy to send them to me. The next step was the Solar Inspector, who was pleased to see how clean the site was, id stickers in the right location, and the electrical boxes properly identified. My inspection passed with flying colors, no follow-up needed. If you are thinking of getting Solar Panels, I highly recommend Sunwise Energy. Along with a Installation Team that knew what to do efficiently and knowledgeable to answer any of my questions, to a Customer Support Team that's quickly answers an email or a phone call. I’m so happy I went solar and partnered with Sunwise Energy. Their support staff has been very helpful with answering and following up on issues that arose. Esmeralda stuck with me throughout the process and I greatly appreciated the continuity of service. It’s important to note that when taking on a solar project, you as the customer should be acting as the project manager. If there are questions or quality concerns, you should be the one asking and demanding the quality. They always listened to my feedback and tirelessly worked to address all of my concerns even if it took a few extra weeks to resolve. If you’re ready to begin generating your own electricity and break free from ever rising energy costs, Sunwise is a terrific installer.
