Sunwise Energy

Sunwise worked with graysquare to install my panels. They don’t communicate properly especially with sales man Brian. I paid for 220v outlet to be put in garage for ev charging and generator hook up. Nothing was wired in, wasted almost $2000 extra for it. The salesman that promised me all of this no longer works for the companies and I don’t have completed work. Also they dug a trench in the yard and never put top soil down, I’m left with a muddy rocky trench.

I was pleased with all phases of my PV installation by Sunwise Energy. They used best available technology including grid-forming inverters and high capacity solar panels. They were careful not to cause issues with my existing roof. Their system integrated well with all aspects of my PECO interconnection. Their onsite work was fast and professional.

We met with Brett and he answered all of our questions and made us feel like we were making a great decision. He stayed in touch with us and even calmed me down when I panicked. The installation went well and the men were neat and clean. I am so happy I made the switch to solar. Thank you Sunwise Energy for making this all possible.

Sunwise energy is fast and professional. Installation process was easy. Only hiccup was trying to get the power company to give us permission to operate. Overall an easy process.

Excellent service, VERY FRIENDLY and patient. Installation was quick. Only took a couple of days. Just a note that the actual ACTIVATION of the system took about 6 months due to so much internal paperwork. But Sunwise took care of all that.

This company truly does what they say they are going to do. In today's business world time is sacred... There literally no way I would have made this transition to solar with the amount of leg work that needed to be done. The team at Sunrise Energy handled everything, and I do mean everything!! There is just no way I would have had the time or patience to deal with everything that needed to be done. More importantly they kept us up to date thru the whole process. The crew that came to our home to install panels and wire everything up, wow!! True professionals. And to give you a little idea of going above these gentleman were my wife doesn't get around or walk very good anymore. Me and my wife had to step out for a couple minutes while they were installing the panels. When I finally got out of the house to leave my wife was already out at the car. I asked how she got down to the car and she noted that one of the gentleman helped her walk down to the car.....who does that anymore?? Absolutely grateful and when we returned home they helped her back into the house. For some people you may not think it was a big deal but honestly it has left a lasting impression!! In short this has been and absolutely amazing experience!! If you are considering or even thinking about going to solar....hands down you need to chat with these folks!!! And I didn't mention it, but I will me and my wife had two other companies that we were talking to at h the same time about making the switch to solar .... We can happily say we are extremely happy with the decision we made going with Sunrise Energy!

Phenomenal experience, customer service and support team are wonderful, they reach out to you and update you with care and professional. The roofers, the customer service, and electric Technician are hard workers, they did an amazing job. Job well done.

I have nothing but good things to say about Sunwise. When I was contacted by Ryan on March 16, I was interested. I have been interested in going solar for about 10 years, but none of the companies seemed to fit. Ryan's offer hit all the buttons. My wife and I met with Ryan a few days later. We decided that we were going to do this this time. Once the preliminary work was done by Ryan and the team, Izzy reached out on March 27. That was a lot quicker than I expected. Izzy and her team were right on it. I had seen a number of bad reviews about other companies, and my brother-in-law had issues with his install by a competitor. I was pleasantly surprised that things were moving in less than two weeks. It took a month for the township and electric company approvals. Shortly thereafter, the install team was here. That was May 11. Township inspector had to inspect the work. That was May 20. Electric company sent an inspector on May 27. Project was turned on May 27. The whole process took 2.5 months thanks to Izzy's team and the quick responses from the township and electric company. I couldn't be happier.

Going Solar has been one of the best decision we have made. I just wish we had done it much sooner. sunrise's Employees made to transition from electric to solar very easy, from the First visit with Jonah to the Installation of the solar panels, Jonah answered all my question about 10 time, he's was patient and a very nice guy to deal with, he made sure that i understood every step that was going to happen. if you're thinking of going solar, give sunwise a call
