The company is not very good at paperwork. Delays in every step due to paperwork being completed incorrectly. Almost one year later and still have not received any of my srec credits due to Sunwise not completing paperwork correctly again.
Sunwise Energy staff has been very helpful and communicative throughout the entire installation process. I didn't have to do much at all as they steered the whole sequence. Thank you!
I’m so happy I went solar and partnered with Sunwise, our 1st staff encounter was Johan who is so professional, and truly cares for his customers. My next go too staff person is Santiago Rivera, who has also been amazing at communicating every detail of the installation, follow-ups through the whole process. I was hesitant to try solar until I spoke to Ryan. I put a request out on Twitter/X asking for anyone who knows about Solar in Pennsylvania. He contacted me immediately. Ryan explained everything in complete detail. He took the time to meet with me each time someone from Sunwise came to the property. He kept in touch throughout every step of the process. If I could give Ryan 10 stars, I would. The only issue I had was a language barrier with the installers. Only one of them spoke broken English. My house required different placement of the various equipment panels. This could have been better explained during the initial site visit. In the end, it wasn't a big deal (we may have had to take a down a Japanese Maple tree, which wasn't happening 😅), and everything worked out fine. Overall, I'm very pleased with Sunwise. They were responsive to the minimal issues I had and resolved everything quickly. I have the app and srec credits all set up. I now get 40% of my electricity at a great rate for the next 20 years (we all know prices through the utilities are always going up). I definitely recommend Sunwise for your solar needs and recommend Ryan to all of my friends, family, and neighbors.

Our experience with Sunwise has been fantastic. From Ryan our sales agent to Esmeralda and then installation team- they've been great to work with! The process was smooth and timely from start to finish and they were very patient and attentive to our questions all throughout. We are quite happy with going solar with Sunwise Energy.
Sunwise was a pleasure to work with. Other than a roof access issue, which they quickly resolved, the installation of our rooftop solar was trouble free. Everyone we dealt with from the sales staff to the installers was friendly and knowledgeable. The work was performed in a timely manner and was neat and professional.

The installation crew was polite and on time. The materials arrived bright and early in the morning. The installation was a one day process. Looking forward to experience a low PECO bill.
Fully installed system is working great! We are already banking energy produced for the increased summer time consumption and lower winter time production. Leo and the team had efficient installation and communications once they were able to begin. One thing to be aware of: lead times for permit approval from local jurisdictions, sign-off of electrical utilities and inspections can vary widely, even when compared to Sunwise's past experiences. Sunwise was upfront about these outside factors and kept us informed on timely submittals of plans and forms.
