From the day EZRA showed up, explained everything to us, walked us through the financing, the panels being delivered, the guy showing up on time and installing it and communication of how it was going to be done was nice. They were very clean and respectful to my home, left my property very clean like they were not here. Could not be any happier with the install. I will be recommending to as many people as possible.
They have been great every step of the way with this process. The install team came yesterday and they were very nice. They worked hard and finished the install in one day. Anyone thinking of getting solar panels on their home should feel very good using this group. I’m beyond pleased!
As soon as they get you signed to a contract the customer service facade disappears. They massively overestimated the amount of energy that my system would produce. I am paying more for the panels than if I were just paying for the electricity at this point. The roofers did a half assed job. They used the wrong size drip edge which left 3 inch gaps of exposed wood along the entire roofline. There were gaps the size of my hand in the seam overlap where they had completely neglected to apply sealant. They damaged my skylight which caused it to leak and damage interior drywall, trim and lighting and furniture. Eventually they replaced the skylight but they bought the wrong size and now it looks like crap. They never repaired the damage to the interior from the water leak. The roofer could barely speak English and when he showed up to repair the interior damage He was unaware that he was doing interior work and so didn't bring any tools, so he asked to borrow my tools. I also told him the specific type of trim that went around the skylight and he bought the wrong trim, never installed it, and expected me to fix it. After over 6 months I gave up on trying to get them to rectify their mistakes. The panels also do not appear to be tightened down properly because every time it gets windy I can hear them bouncing and rattling. Run. Don't walk. RUN

Had solar installed today by Sunwise Energy and Solr Standard. Excellent experience. As 1 example, the system was first designed with 1 Jinko panel in mind, but when that was unavailable, they went the extra mile to find another brand with the same 25 year warranty. The crew tackled a tall building with ladders where another installer wanted to use a crane. Price was affordable, more than other companies. So I am pleased.
I want to thank you Nico for all his help to fixed my roof and ceiling , Nico always was answering our phone calls thank you I recommended this company who needs a solar panels thank you so much !!
We have been very pleased with the responsiveness of the Sunwise company. We asked questions at the beginning and throughout the installation process (that did take some longer than expected) and all answers were thorough and prompt. We have had no problems with the panels and we have seen a real difference in our bills! And it's great to feel like we are doing even a little bit for our environment.
Sunwise energy is the best place to have your installation of Roof / Solar done. Izzy and Santiago have been calling me to see how things are going. I told them GRRRREAT!!
