First and foremost, Once you are inside and seated it’s a great experience. Not a bad seat in the place and the acoustics are killer. BUT… plan to spend a substantial amount of time parking, getting in and getting a drink/snack. The downtown placement of this venue makes a couple hour concert turn into a 4+ hour time commitment. Additionally, if there are 2-4 in the group that all want snacks/drinks, plan on spending an additional $75-100 for generic stadium food (nachos, hot dogs, etc). Leaving is also a long process. If possible, avoid parking in the garages as you will be there for an extra 30-45min just waiting for traffic. If there was a better option for parking and the concessions were reasonably priced this place would be one of the best. But both of those things unfortunately drag down the experience. Plan and get ahead of these two issues to enjoy a rockin concert!

Went to see Hardy on 8-14-25. Was impressed with how much parking was available near the venue. The T-Mobile Center itself was a nice clean facility. Really no complaints except, a list of completely prohibited items would be nice. Was asked to remove and surrender my wallet chain. I opted to remove it and take it to my vehicle. If you surrender an item, you don’t get it back.

Had an absolutely great experience while attending the Trans Siberian Orchestra concert. My family and I came from Grand Island, NE. Concessions are a bit pricey and seating a bit tight but still was able to get in and out of the arena pretty well. Just a few pics from show where we sat

All the seats I've personally had, were great! The views of the event were excellent, & can't complain! I wish you had more food options! KC, is known for bbq, & I didn't see any of that here! I recommend going to one of the restaurants across the street before arriving! The staff has been very friendly, each one of my visits! It's a great place to catch an event! The parking prices vary, for each event, which you have plenty of lots to choose from!

Watching the Kansas Jayhawks take on Missouri at the T-Mobile Center was an absolutely outstanding experience and everything you want from a top-level college basketball rivalry game. This was a true derby atmosphere, packed with intensity, passion and energy from the moment you arrived. The location of the T-Mobile Center is spot on, right in the heart of downtown Kansas City and perfectly placed alongside the Power & Light District. The build-up to the game was brilliant, with fans flooding in from nearby bars and restaurants, all wearing their colours and talking basketball. You could feel the buzz long before tip-off. Inside the arena, the atmosphere was incredible. The T-Mobile Center is built perfectly for basketball, with steep seating, excellent sightlines and acoustics that amplify every chant, cheer and reaction. When you put two historic rivals like Kansas and Missouri on the floor, it creates a noise level and intensity that rivals any professional sporting event. Every possession felt important, every run was met with a huge response from the crowd, and the tension never dropped. The production and presentation were first class. From pre-game introductions to time-out entertainment and in-game graphics, everything added to the sense that this was a marquee matchup. The crowd was knowledgeable, passionate and fully invested, which is exactly what makes college basketball so special. The mix of Jayhawks fans and Missouri supporters created a genuine rivalry feel, with plenty of atmosphere but still well managed and friendly. Facilities throughout the arena were excellent. Concessions were easy to access, staff were helpful, and everything ran smoothly despite the size of the crowd. The arena feels modern, clean and well organised, making it easy to focus on enjoying the game rather than logistics. What really stood out was just how big this game felt. This wasn’t “just” a college basketball match – it felt like an event. The history, the rivalry, the crowd and the venue all combined to deliver a five-star experience from start to finish. If you get the chance to watch a major college basketball game at the T-Mobile Center, especially a rivalry like Kansas vs Missouri, don’t hesitate. It’s loud, intense, emotional and unforgettable – a must-visit for any sports fan.

I came for a concert in June of 2026. The lines were clear to find. The ticket takers were nice and it all ran smoothly. The signs telling you where to go were clear. The bathrooms were clean. The prices are high, but they are everywhere now. The seating was comfortable and the view was great. All in all it was a great experience!

Another amazing winter jam! I hope you let these guys come at a great rate TMobile! Awesome event center. had one concern. Our seating tier, by the end of the show, it was flexing at one of its connection points, allowing the floor to drop about 4 inches below the floor it was supposed to be connected to a little scary! But i'm sure it all comes down after every show.
