Went for the Staind/Breaking Benjamin Concert. Easy to get to seats, lots of employees to help navigate. Food was expensive but decent for snack food. Sound was great.
Went for the bad omens concert. We had gotten there early to get as close as possible because vip was ahead of ga. They had multiple lines open at the same time instead. Our ticket persons machine wasnt working properly as well. We weren't informed that if we had floor seats we had to go to another table to have our tickets scanned a second time to get wrist bands. We ended up a lot farther back due to this. It was pur chaos when you made it through the door. No signs to inform you of anything. I see they say short staffed in comments but I talked to 2 workers earlier in the day before 1pm!!! Someone could have been sent out to us to explain. Also there could of easily been a printed sign on the door as well or when you first walked in with arrows. I was very disappointed and upset with the whole situation. These tickets weren't cheap at all. For the price we paid things should of been handled so much better. I doubt I want to come back here for a show.
I enjoyed the concert with Janet Jackson and Ludacris. In the T-Mobile Center it was easy to find our seats. We could see the stage well and acoustics were good. The seating is cramped and stairs are steep. So it’s not for a bigger person. Prices for concessions are high. We ended up standing most of the concert because everyone around us was standing and I didn’t want to miss anything. They gave a great concert!
This stadium is great with several concessions open for a lot of things. BUT PLEASE, plan to spend a substantial amount of time parking, getting in, etc. First time I saw President was here in KC. His presence is impossible to ignore. There’s no easing into it! One second it feels light, almost angelic, and the next you’re like wow he just unlocked hellhounds with that scream. The drummer Vice was insane…completely locked in, like the entire set was running through him. Guitarist Heist had this sharp, almost cinematic feel, and the bass dude Protest was otherworldly. And President’s voice? He genuinely didn’t need a mic. Best vocals ever. That’s not a voice, that’s horsepower. The staff was kind and helpful. Thanks for the great night T-Mobile!
It is truly an amazing place to be. I drove approximately 4 hours for a concert and was not disappointed. Plenty of new people to meet. The staff was very nice and kind. They did their jobs great and deserve a million thumbs up. If you get the chance, definitely go. It's in an amazing location. When we left the stadium, the sights when you walk out are truly fabulous.
Absolutely beautiful arena...selling expired Coke products. Bathrooms are well kept and parking is plentiful with both covered and offsite parking options. Staff is competent and the food options are acceptable. Would recommend to anyone...just make sure your drinks come from the tap.
Great seats. Plenty of nice people to help you find your seat. Very fun experience at the PBR!!
Very large and awesome venue. It is cashless. Make sure you bring a card for all purchases. They have popcorn, pizza, and other concessions as well as a full bar. They are very fast at getting everyone inside, we didn't have a wait, but we showed up a little more than an hour before the show. The bathrooms are also very clean.
We have been here for several concerts. We have been there for Garth Brooks, he put on a pretty good show. We went to see Trans-Siberian Orchestra here for the 3rd or 4th time. We were in the nose bleed section, the seats were great and you could see the stage pretty well, but I'm getting older and I don't like that feeling. :-) The facility was clean and staff was great.
Fantastic center to host the Big12! Helpful employees (restroom tenants are 10/10) Easily accessible Terrific signage Seamless entry The glass court is INCREDIBLE for us fans!! Way to host one heck of a week! 💪🏻🏀
