Great arena. Perfect location. Plenty of parking, with lots of restaurants nearby. Arena was very clean. Great staff! Ushers were very helpful. Need refillable fountain drinks.
Seating is not cramped, very enjoyable venue. Didn't look like there was a bad seat in the house. Very enjoyable.
Overall the venue is great and is really nice. I've seen wwe, black sabbath, and now monster trucks here. All was really good, my biggest gripe is the parking. It's just a jumbled mess and do plan on waiting awhile after an event to get out of the parking garages. Besides the parking I overall like the venue.
Came in from out of town to see TOOL. First time in Kansas City and first time at T-Mobile Center. The staff was friendly and the arena was clean overall. We accidentally went a back entrance and had a difficult time finding our way to our seats because of it, but we obviously figured it out after some walking. We purchased tickets high in the sky but were given MUCH better seats by a staff member because the show undersold. Really made my night. With that said, whenever we return to this venue, we will NEVER purchase seats located in the upper section again. They were insanely difficult to sit in because of how close they are to one another and how hard the backs and bottoms were. They are noticeably more comfortable in the lower section.
Great time for Jurassic World Tour! My granddaughter enjoyed it so much! The people that worked the event were very helpful and polite. A kid lost his toy under the bleachers and they found it and brought it to him. The kid wasn't even with my group but I was happly for him!😄
My girlfriend and I went to see Dan + Shay, we had an amazing time. Easy entry to the venue, minus the prices(as expected) everything was great and clean! We didn't do anything but go to the concert here. I do know the area and there are plenty of places to eat around here so that should be of no concern to anyone wanting to visit. Guy Fieri Taco joint is right across the street just as an idea to others that haven't been in this area.
I saw Roger Waters here on 3 Sep 2022. The show was a mind-blowing assault on the senses I was sort of expecting, but this exceeded my expectations, great job to everyone. As for the venue: decent, a bit better than expected. It was well-kept, clean and looked good. Even the line into the bathroom during break was manageable, and wasn't smelly even with the crowd. The only disappointment for me was food. There weren't any good vegan options to be seen anywhere. Also, I wish I'd seen some mocktails (as first, I was driving; and second, I do not drink alcohol). Beyond the relatively minor food disappointment, the venue was really good overall (and they even had free earplugs at guest services to save what precious hearing that remains!)
Been to a few shows here. I will say, get there early to obtain parking, usually a couple of blocks away. Once there, enjoy the atmosphere. Streets are usually blocked off so you can enjoy the area. Arena is clean and refreshments are priced as you would expect. Eat before you go!!!! Anyway, not a bad seat in the house.
First show I've seen at T-Mobile. It was a great experience. Didn't think I was going to like seeing a show there but was pleasantly surprised. My friend gifted me a ticket to see Trans Siberian Orchestra!!!! AWESOME SAUCE!!!
