I took my son down there for a couple Big 12 games, it's a nice place. They have a lot of stuff set up outside to do, our seats were great and we had a lot of fun. I've also been here for a few concerts, and I haven't had a bad seat. Just the usual complaining associated with big venues.... High ticket fees and concession stand prices. Overall, I like going down there!
Concert was great! Got to see everything. Steep stairs everywhere. Not recommended for ppl with fear of heights. Nice, helpful staff! Prices are ‘spendy’ but your at an event.
Really enjoyed the opportunity to tour this place! There is so much going on here behind the scenes that everyone just kind of takes for granted. The GM was super nice and gave our group the best of the best tour. If you get the chance to tour ... do it!
Went to see my first event here. Plenty of nearby parking. Two blocks away $10. Across the street $20 to $25. We sat in the top section and our seats had great views. The concessions have plenty of food and drink to choose from. There were plenty of security and police officers there making it feel like a highly safe place to be. Located right in power and light it is easy to go out before or after the event as everything is in short walking distance. Definitely had a great time at a great venue.
Went to see Tool! Felt weird going on a Tuesday night but it was SO worth it! The opening band The Acid Helps were good. Hadn't heard them before! Tool asked that no pics be taken during their show. Being musical myself, I have tons of respect for these super-skilled musicians and adhered to the request. Some people were still disrespectful though and sneaked pics in while they played:( I took a few of the stage before they could come on stage. I thoroughly enjoyed these guys, as I always do! Haha! :) 🎵 The arena is great for mega concerts. They are food and drink stands but just so you know, they'll usually only accept card.
I've been to many events at T-Mobile Center. Most recently was the Lumineers which was an absolutely incredible show ! I've also been to a Cirque du Soleil show , the Ringling Brothers Circus and multiple other concerts. I find the employees to be kind and helpful. The seating is decent. You can see from where ever you sit. The only complaint I would have is the set up of drink stands , which causes a bit of a traffic jam , and the same can be said for souvenir stands. There is no permanent spot for these , so tables are set up ... one of which being RIGHT at the entrance, which is great to get to when you first walk in , however people coming through the metal detectors are kind of blocked by the lines for the stands. Other than that , it is a beautiful arena and the shows it holds are incredible.
Nice location for a concert. Acoustics were good. Location is great. I took a star off for convenience/staff issues. The staff wanted to check every single persons ticket to get to our section in 107 which caused quite a back up and seemed unnecessary. The women’s bathroom had several stars out of toilet paper before the concert even started.
I am reaching out regarding an issue I experienced at the Cardi B concert on March 17, 2026. I paid over $300 for my ticket, but upon arriving at T-Mobile Center and attempting to locate my seat, I discovered that there was no Row 46 or assigned seat available for me. I was initially told by staff that they would help find me a seat, but I was ultimately placed in an area on the floor and later instructed to stand near the gates at the end of the catwalk where the show was being filmed. I also contacted the box office during the event to request a resolution and was offered an alternative ticket in Section 115, Seat 8, which was not comparable to the ticket I originally purchased. Due to this experience, I was unable to enjoy the concert as intended. I am requesting a formal letter confirming that Row 46 did not exist for this event so I can proceed with obtaining a full refund. If I am unable to receive this documentation or a refund, I will have to pursue a dispute with my bank, as I did not receive the service I paid for. Please let me know if you need any additional information from me, including videos or proof of my experience, and advise on the next steps for the refund process. Went to see Lionel Richie & Earth wind& Fire was great show. Recently saw Lil Wayne show was great…sound system & concessions were great
The Sprint Center has it down! The line to get in moved so fast it was unreal! A bunch of people who has been in line for a long time left a bunch of trash outside the arena and it was all cleaned up by the time the show was over. The people showing us to our seats were super friendly! Above all that, the show was incredible! Twenty One Pilots have the best show! I hope to see them there again!
