Big venue, seats are great maybe a bit narrow. Buy a parking spot it's worth it. We were up high but the audio was still pretty good. The drumset pyrotechnics looked like truck exhausts lol
Had a really wonderful experience at Monster Jams! They put on a great show. The smaller arena was a little difficult for the truck to maneuver the way they really wanted, but they did a great job. One bad thing is the closed space makes the fumes of the trucks really bad. Great place though!

Parking is a joke. Handicap was full so be prepared. The seats are small so if you are a larger person it’s a tight squeeze. The facilities are clean and the workers are very respectful. We saw trans-Siberian Orchestra, which was amazing.
We went to see Jelly Roll in concert. The concert was great. The only issue we had was with the seats. They were so small and uncomfortable, we wouldn't go to another concert here unless jelly roll went back.
I took my son down there for a couple Big 12 games, it's a nice place. They have a lot of stuff set up outside to do, our seats were great and we had a lot of fun. I've also been here for a few concerts, and I haven't had a bad seat. Just the usual complaining associated with big venues.... High ticket fees and concession stand prices. Overall, I like going down there!
T-Mobile Center (formerly Sprint Center) marked it’s 15th anniversary in 2022. It’s such a clean and up-kept facility. The personnel are VERY helpful and I’ve really liked all the changes that were made when the facility was renamed particularly the KC sign right at the front entrance. I also want to point out how every time I’ve attended an event here, everybody has been well-behaved. I appreciate all the safety and security measures that are in place. That is and always should be #1 priority.
This arena is well kept and has all the expected amenities. The staff is usually very friendly and are always around to help out. there are definitely some bad views from the upper deck so be mindful when selecting tickets!
I went to go see Alex Warren, super nice, big building. Nice and comfy seating. Great place to see a concert!
Getting to see Elton John on his Farewell Tour was a dream come true for my mom and I. All of the staff at the Center are AMAZING. So kind and helpful for newbies navigating the area. Thank you for this wonderful memory that will last a lifetime.
