I loved the fact that Amanda really kept me up to date on everything. She was friendly and professional throughout the whole process. When I had questions and concerns she was the first person I would contact because she usually had the answers. And if she didn’t, she would advise me of where I should go to. I truly appreciated all the efforts she had put into helping me attain my visa.
I highly recommend Teaching Nomad for the document authentication process. It was quick, easy, and a great value for the cost. You can rest assured that your documents will get back to you safely and in a timely manner.
I used Teaching Nomad to get all of my documents authenticated. I worked with Amanda Corken and she went above and beyond throughout the process. She kept me in the loop and talked me through everything multiple times. To be honest, the process seemed too easy because Teaching Nomad takes care of everything. I would 100% use Teaching Nomad again.
I had great service with Teaching Nomads. Highly professional, excellent and prompt communication, creative solutions for obtaining needed documents. They get 5 stars in my book, and I would highly recommend to others.
From the very first online chat option through all the emails, Jesse helped me and my daughter get the background check authentication done. Other companies were charging more and taking 12+ weeks. My daughter lives in China and I was the go between, something not all businesses want to deal with, this company treated us both with respect. Response time for questions was fast. Jesse sent updates every time they sent or received a document. I would give them more than five stars! Thank you for making this very stressful time not stressful at all.
I would recommend Teaching Nomad for all document authentications. The customer service is incredible and they work very quickly to get you exactly what you need! Amanda is a great asset to the Teaching Nomad team and a pleasure to work with!
Great experience with document authentications for China, especially given the current environment. I worked with Amanda and Jesse, and cannot say enough good things about them - efficient and professional, with just the right amount of personality thrown in for good measure! Would definitely work with them again, if needed.
My experience with teaching nomad was great. Flavio handled the recruitment process in a very professional way through out. It's unfortunate that the third part involved in the process didn't do it well but after clarification from Flavio, I say thumps up to Teaching nomad. You played your role so well.
I used Teaching Nomad because they were my English school's preferred visa service. I had heard good things about them in a Facebook group for TEFL teachers in China. Altogether, my experience was frustrating and disappointing. I was told that it would take 7-10 business days to get my papers back, and this was after they were rejected the first time and resent. It took 17 business days. The communication, or lack thereof, was the most frustrating part. They asked me to send a scan of my passport on three separate occasions. I know that's a minor inconvenience on my part, but it's frustrating that they were too disorganized to keep track of that sort of thing internally. I ordered this authentication service in December, which is right around the holidays, so it's understandable that they would be taking time off, but that should have been part of the conversation when their employees gave me an estimate on when my papers would be ready. Still, 7-10 business days would have been the week before Christmas. I emailed the week after Christmas and received an auto-response that they would be back in the office on January 2nd. Understandable. But frustrating then that I didn't receive a response until January 6th. After all this delay, the company discovered that my documents were waiting for pickup at a UPS store. I was informed that they would pick them up tomorrow, not today. All in all, some of the delay in this process was probably because of the embassy or UPS, but it's on the company to be proactive in their communication so that I'm aware of where I am in the process. Waiting several weeks after I reach out, only to blame it on UPS, isn't a good look. I suggest finding an alternative to Teaching Nomad if you need documents authenticated.
I was so happy to ifnd Teaching Nomad. They accomplished what 2 other agents couldn't, and did efficiently while always keeping me in the loop. A lifesaver. I need a couple documents authenticated during the pandemic. Needless to way with consulates and other government offices closed, this was a challenge. Two other agents told me I just had to wait until things opened. But a couple other teachers referred me to Teaching Nomad and voila! Next thing I knew I had authenticated docs. Amazing. And the whole process was so smooth. Thank you!
