We saw a fantastic performance of Come From Away. The theater was great with good views from any seat. Huge lobby area for the multiple theaters on site with food, snacks and drinks available for purchase.

The shows are beautiful! The volunteer helpers are very nice people, but they tend to force their help on you a little. Just be patient. They truly mean well. They could ask if someone needs help before inserting themselves, that's all. Not a big deal, and not a dealbreaker by any means. There are no bad seats in the house! Even the back rows are pretty close, and your eyes adjust quickly to the theatre. The sound is great and the performances even better. Everything from the sets and props to the costumes and makeup to the music and lighting was exceptional. This is a great theater complex and every show we've been to here has been phenomenal.

We had an amazing time at The Phoenix Theatre Company's production of Frozen last night! The theatre was clean and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and helpful. My grandkids enjoyed their blue raspberry drinks, and we enjoyed the adult cocktails. The impressive casting, costumes, and music made a significant difference from other shows. Every single detail was meticulously executed in the production of Disney’s Frozen Musical! We were extremely impressed with the execution and quality of the show. The performances were outstanding, earning a well-deserved standing ovation. This experience will be a cherished family memory as theatre truly rewards our senses! Thank you, Donna and Eric

The play we went to see here was phenomenal. Great acting, great sets, great costuming, great sound leveling. The tiered seating made visibility awesome, and I love that you have a cupholder in front of you. The biggest complaint we had was trying to find the right theater once we got into the complex, and then trying to actually get into the right entrance of said theater. It was our first time at this theater and after wandering around with no obvious signage to help us, we had to ask employees for directions. The entrances are not obvious, and everything had its own name. How was I to know that the random dedicatory name on that staircase at the back of the 'restaurant' meant it was the first step in getting to the theater whose name in no way resembled the staircase name. Oh, and the stairs split two directions halfway up, and you need to know which direction to go. Again, no signage. And at the top of the stairs we found a little mini lobby with a mini bar. And the random regular door off to the side is the door into the theater. Because of course. At least there was an employee inside the door that confirmed we were in the right place. After the craziness of finding the theater though, everything about the play was amazing. The slow wait at the end to get out and back down said staircase with everyone else from the theater wasn't as awesome, but not unexpected.

A local gem, Phoenix Theater Co delivers Every. Single. Time! The professionalism, quality and selections are of the highest quality. Parking is easy, location is central, lines for the bathroom but they seem to hold the intermission for people to get reseated. Any show here is a treat! Gift yourself and get a season ticket!

Everything about the show here was fantastic, from the free and convenient parking to the talent of the actors on stage. The greeters were happy and welcoming, they clearly love to be there. The theater is built in a way that I think every seat would have a good view of the show. The sets were beautiful and enveloped you in the story- they didn't feel 2D, they felt real. Then the acting was superb. I can't wait to see a show here again. It was 100% worth my drive from the east valley. 100/10 would recommend!

The venue is clean and comfortable, with great seating so there isn’t a bad view in the house. The staff is friendly, helpful, and clearly passionate about what they do, which makes the entire experience even more enjoyable. Whether you're a long-time theater lover or brand new to live performances, The Phoenix Theatre Company is an absolute must-visit. I can’t wait to come back for the next show!

The Phoenix Theatre Company puts on solid productions with talented actors and generally good staging. I enjoyed the show itself—the cast gave a strong performance and the sound quality was decent from where I was sitting. However, a few things kept this from being a great experience. The seats are fairly cramped, especially for anyone tall or with limited mobility, and legroom was tight. Concession prices are also pretty steep for what you get. The parking situation nearby can be a hassle, and you'll likely need to allow extra time to find a spot or pay for a lot. The theater itself has charm, but the facilities feel a bit dated. Overall, a fine place to catch a local show, just manage expectations around comfort and convenience. For the ticket price, I'd say it's average compared to other local theater options.

Pretty easy to find. The parking lot ushers are friendly. The theater is decent; I've seen two shows there now and not been disappointed in the quality. The theaters are small, too, so they're isn't bad seating in any of the theaters. My best recommendation is ... go really early if you want a parking spot, especially for an evening show. The lot fills really fast and it's hard to know where to park in the dark. (I decided to only do matinee shows from now on for this reason.)

This is such a great theater! Small and intimate - not a bad seat in the place! The show I watched was phenomenal! I will be coming back!
