The Residences at Barnett has first class people, beautiful exposed brick apartments, granite countertops/stainless steel appliances, and is one of Jacksonville's historic architectural jewels. Furthermore, the addition of more amenities is going to happen with the growing momentum to accelerate Downtown's revival, and two of the 18 floors not yet built out. Happy with my decision to move in start of this year, and can't wait to see what's to come (especially Downtown retail growth) in the not so distant future!

Beautiful and very unique Apartments. The brick wall gives it something different. No one has that here in Jax. The staff is great, but the Recycled air, due to all the windows being cemented, kept me sick. I would've delt with the no onsite parking, and anything else, but man, there's many smokers and it all circulates through every apartment.
I truly love this place. Jackie and Sandra are amazing, and always responsive. My apartment is beautiful and perfect for me. I haven’t had any issues, nor complaints. I’m so glad I gave this place a try. And it very evident because this building stays at almost full occupancy that Residences at Barnett is doing something right!
The Barnett has been a fantastic place to live!! Gorgeous Building, Warm, friendly and helpful management team, and close to so many locations! We are so happy here!!!
I have been living here for four months and absolutely love it here. The owner, the leasing staff, security guards, maintenance man, and housekeeping all go above and beyond what is required of them. The location is perfect, I can walk to my dentist, eye doctor, and countless restaurants. Plus, the walls must be very thick because I do not hear my neighbors!

I toured this community on behalf of my son while he is deployed and had him on FaceTime during the walkthrough. Shamia was truly phenomenal, she answered every question thoroughly and was incredibly patient. She made me feel confident that this would be a great option for when my son returns from active duty.
