I had a great experience working with James at The Barnett. I was trying to find the right apartment for my fiancé who was moving to town, and James made the process so much easier. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely listened to what we needed. He walked me through the options, explained everything clearly, and stayed responsive the entire time. His professionalism and friendly approach really stood out, and I’m thankful for how smoothly he helped everything come together. If you’re looking for someone who actually cares and follows through, ask for James. The building itself is beautiful inside and well maintained. Like most downtown buildings, parking can be a bit of a challenge, but that’s expected given the location and it ultimately serves its purpose. Overall, my fiancé has been very satisfied with the apartment, and he’s mentioned that the staff has been friendly and welcoming.
We are resigning our lease for our six (6) year of living here and calling here our home. Debra (property manger) Akya (leasing coordinator) Ennis and Paco (maintenance) and Lucy (Wizard of Cleanliness) are an amazing staff. This is a wonderful community and it was disturbing to see some of these reviews that are completely untrue (low reviews). This building is a secret gem of residences of downtown living.
I absolutely love living at the Residences at Barnett. The exposed brick gives the apartment so much character, and the whole place feels like a luxury hotel—especially with the beautifully scented lobby. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the maintenance team is quick and responsive whenever something comes up. It’s a great location, a comfortable space, and overall a wonderful place to call home.
Ennis and Noliel are the coolest and best maintenance workers! Unlike other places I have lived- these guys are available and around, and formed connections with us before we even needed maintenance! That made is extremely comfortable once they came into our apartment to help us out. They are both so kind and timely and efficient. WE LOVE ENNIS AND NOLIEL, thank you two!!
I’ve had such a great experience at The Residences at Barnett! Since the moment I moved in, everyone has been incredibly helpful, welcoming, and attentive. They have made the entire move-in process so much easier and have always been available whenever I’ve needed assistance. A special thank you to Debbie, Akya, Julian, and Paco! They have all been absolutely amazing and have gone above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of and that I feel comfortable in my new home. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help truly make a difference.
I recently moved into a corner unit at The Barnett and absolutely love it—the exposed brick, the views, and the space are amazing! Kevin was my main contact during the move into my new unit, and he made the entire leasing process very smooth. He’s been easy to work with, professional, and always quick to respond. The whole front office team is great as well, including Shamia, who is always very sweet and personable. I’ve lived in the building for about a year now, and it has truly been the best living experience for me!
Lived here over a year and love it! Had an issue this morning (a Saturday) with my fridge. In less than 2 hours, Julian and Noliel had come and replaced my fridge. Insane customer service and attentiveness to tenants from maintenance staff!!
Beautiful!!! I love it here. Very LGTBQ friendly building. 🌈 The place is amazing. Perfect for a couple or single persons. We love the restaurants and all the festivals going on next door at Hemming park. We gave two small dogs and they love walking at the riverwalk. Best move of our lives!
Shamia provided an amazing tour and made us feel welcome from the start with her warm, bubbly personality. While the property was great, it was truly her friendliness and professionalism that made me want to lease there. She was very informative and made sure to understand our needs. As I am active duty, my parents toured for me, and she still made the experience exceptional.
