Nicely organized place with everything in its order....sales going on everyday and neat variety of different items.
Went and they made us leave all our stuff and come back on monday due to an outage but we only had one item that was $4.99 we offered $7 and they told us no, we went back to austin and had to come back for our item. Wasn't right because it was a switch that caused this outage.
Helpful and considerate staff and HUGE selection. They will also pick up large donation items such as furniture if arranged a few days ahead of time (their donation trucks are headquartered here... it's a BIG building).
The employees were very helpful the only problem some took preference over people did go what seems all the time and wait for the stuff to come out from the back I saw where they showed it to them first and took it right back in I don't think that we should have preference of people
Wensday half price sale . Good place to shop. Some are still new. Nick nack pattdywack 's furniture clothes shoe's purses hat's all kinds of stuff. Stop in check it out.
Had a bad experience today with a Cashier in the front end . On the, South Flores street Salvation Army Thrift store , in San Antonio. To the point that , I felt the Cashier , doesn't respect customers . I was told that this cashier has had complaints filed against, him . Yet he still in the front end . Please hire persons who enjoy their job , and respect others .
Was treated badly by the Asset. Mgr. Rosa. 1 item was without a price tag, I told her it probably came off with my hair and I could go to the dressing room to get it and she acted like I was trying to steal it. She kept calling for the other male cashier to help her with me, like I was a threat to her. I'm a regular customer and I've NEVER had this experience.
Lady Manager is very rude.
The place is dirty and the males cashier not sure if his a manager but aruges with customers and is very rude, and interrupt when other cashier are talking to customers. He needs training when conforting customers as not all will put up with his behavior. When people are talking to someone and you dont care to say excuse me or value you as a person, then that jyst shiws how unprofessional they are.
I will give to the Salvation Army because I know they are here to help people. They are looking to make a profit like some other places are.
