Was treated badly by the Asset. Mgr. Rosa. 1 item was without a price tag, I told her it probably came off with my hair and I could go to the dressing room to get it and she acted like I was trying to steal it. She kept calling for the other male cashier to help her with me, like I was a threat to her. I'm a regular customer and I've NEVER had this experience.
Lady Manager is very rude.
Representative on the phone was rude and disrespectful. If he does not like being a happy employee at the Salvation Army he should quit his job. He sounded as if he needed some alcohol to cheer up. 01/11/2022. 3:30pm.
I use to go almost everyday, but stop going as much. I use to get shirts for 4.99 or less but they've gone up to 9.99 on some even 14.99. The majority of shoes are overpriced too. It stinks too because I like the cause they support. I go to Goodwill more cuz most shirts are $4.79.
I love this store and the Wednesday half price off specials are the best. I have noticed an increase in prices over the last two years, but you can still find good stuff, not junk.
The place is clean! Plenty of parking! Staff are kind and helpful. I found the inventory abundant, good quality and nice prices. Clean stalls to try on merchandise. Thank you!
This is a larger salvation army, lots of furniture along with everything else. Very small dressing rooms and very small parking lot in front. Salvation army organizes clothing by color and type only, so sizes are all interspersed. Makes it a bit more difficult to go thru than some thrift stores
I will give to the Salvation Army because I know they are here to help people. They are looking to make a profit like some other places are.
The place is dirty and the males cashier not sure if his a manager but aruges with customers and is very rude, and interrupt when other cashier are talking to customers. He needs training when conforting customers as not all will put up with his behavior. When people are talking to someone and you dont care to say excuse me or value you as a person, then that jyst shiws how unprofessional they are.
Dropped off a couple of donations and they were the nicest people. Love Salvation Army
