Let me start off by saying that Dwight the dispatcher, has done nothing but providing outstanding customer service. I have called dwight after business hours and sometimes at 10 pm and he would pick up the phone to assist me. I am shipping my car from NJ to CA, and i tend to be nervous when it comes to these kind of situations. Dwight reassured me that everything will be on time and my car will get there safely. They have just picked up my car on 6/7/18. I will write back in a few days once i receive my car. I am so happy i chose Thrifty auto shipping as my shipping company for my car. I talked to many companies on the phone, and this company is the only one that didn’t charge you until the truck driver picks up the car. They always meet their time frame window for picking up your car, and they always keep in touch to make sure youre updated with all the info you need. Looking forward to picking up my car next week and ill be back to write them a review again once i get my car. Thank you Dwight for the great custoner service you provided.

These guys did a great job! I shipped a truck and car with them. Everything they said played out. The pickup and delivery went smoothly. Both vehicles arrived damage free after traveling 2200 miles. I couldn’t be happier. I can recommend Thrifty Auto Shipping for anyone going coast to coast.
I needed to bring my car to a different property so I went online, made some calls and I liked the results I got from this company. Dwight was very good and thorough. I had a time crunch and he worked really hard to find me somebody that would comply with my timeline. The carrier driver picked up my car and dropped it right in my driveway. The whole process took only four days and I’m really pleased with the service provided by Thrifty Auto Shipping.
