The vehicles always arrived before the promised deadline, which gave us peace of mind during a stressful move. On one trip, we even packed a lightweight air mattress and some clothes inside the car, leaving plenty of room for visibility. Everything was delivered just as we left it—no issues at all. My husband and I worked with Dwight Harrill at Thrifty Auto Shipping to arrange for shipping of our SUV from the US to Belize. Dwight was very thorough in his bidding process. He provided us with both the cost to ship the car (by land) across the US from Washington to Florida and then from Florida to Belize City (by sea) (Thrifty’s portion of the contract) and also contacted a customs broker in Belize City to help us through the customs process in Belize. Dwight’s initial bid included an estimate from the Belize Customs House Brokers (the company who helped us in Belize) to import the car, which was very nice to have so we not only had a contact to help us get the car from customs but to know the total costs to expect when we picked up the car in Belize. Thrifty Auto Shipping was the only company to take the extra step to find us a broker and provide an estimate of the Belize customs costs. Dwight was also always prompt to answer my questions and confirm exactly where things were at with the shipment of the SUV. Our SUV arrived to Belize City in great time, in good condition, and we are very grateful for the wonderful service Dwight and Thrifty Auto Shippers provided for us. Thank you! Amber O.

I bought a classic ’64 Mustang and Thrifty Auto brought it right to me. I was in the trucking business for 35 years so I know all about the brokers and trucks. I wanted to make sure I knew a reputable company had my vehicle so I checked some reviews because sometimes there are some shady people in the business. I requested an open carry and got three or four fair quotes so I chose the best option and everything went very smoothly after that.
