Excellent culture and service.
Super tight.
Received my order and bag arrived ripped missing items. Wrote customer service and within a day of review the missing items were replaced and sent out at no charge. Awesome product and great customer service! Love to see a company take care of their customers and make it right. Keep up the good work!
If only every clothing company could nail the quality down like they do. True-to-size fits, durable quality without feeling heavy, pretty much nailing it in every way when it comes to comfort during 10-12 hour shifts. A system glitch delayed my pants shipping, and they came through with expedited shipping. 🔥
All of my chef gear is coming from Tilit. Great quality materials and craftsmanship, stylish, super functional, I can't praise them enough. Alex and his team also have some of the best customer service out there. Orders have always been on time and when I ordered the wrong size coat, they responded immediately, no hassles to return it for a new one. If you're in NYC visit the shop!
I've purchased many items from the short sleeved chef coat and cook shirt, to a variety of their aprons and have absolutely never been dissapointed with my order.. Items ship very fast, their costumer service is impeccable, and the quality of their goods are unmatched. I'll surely be buying gear from them for years to come!
Absolute trash customer service. Currently waiting on chef pants to be either sent back or delivered to get any sort of refund or replacement. The company messed up and put the wrong address and I am watching it go back and forth from city to city on the opposite side of my state. They will do nothing about it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AS IT SEEMS THIS IS A VERY COMMON PRACTICE. I will advise all of my coworkers to do the same.
I've been wearing Tilit chef shirts everyday for a little over a year now. They're durable, lightweight and stylish. They're the best shirts I've ever owned and I plan on using them for years to come. Their aprons are kick ass, too. Get a lot of compliments on them.
