Ordered December 9th. Did not receive until the 29th. Upon receiving, half of the embroidery text was missing. They told me I would need to mail it back for them to complete it and then the would mail it back out to me. At this time, I was set to go out of town so I just decided that I was too busy to worry about it. Their only apology at that point was to give me 10% off my next order. A basic black chef coat that costs $100+ and says Chef " "- executive Chef, shouldn't be this difficult.
I saw a lot of negative reviews about customer service and such, that’s the opposite of my experience. Elsa responded quickly and answered all of my questions. My boyfriend placed an order on January 16 (paid for next day shipping but it was the weekend and a Monday holiday) package arrived Jan. 20, the clothes didn’t fit as expected so Elsa sent us the return slip info and we got it mailed back the same day. She followed up Jan. 28 about our refund since we just placed a new order instead of exchanging due to a flaw on the website. Got my refund Jan 30. He got the overalls, an orange mesh shirt, and a lanyard. The quality is amazing, the fit is perfect, and he is very happy with what he ordered. Definitely recommend this company and if you have any issues I hope you get to chat with Elsa!
Absolutely garbage products! With in a month all the buttons on my chef coat fell off. The stitching on the coat is so badly done that it starts unraveling. Bought 3 in total and will never buy again. Cheaply made product sold for high price.
Quality chef gear, I rock it from head to toe. Tilit is the style leader for aprons, chef coats, and workshirts. And make the best pants in the game hands down.
They have an amazing selection of custom designed modern hospitality workwear. They have chef wear & custom uniforms including hotel uniforms and restaurant uniforms. Highly recommended, great service!
Bought the Miller high life golden tongs from Tilit and at first I will admit I loved them until 3 months past that they gave up, they just busted while at work, and to think that before I bought them I was using a pair of tongs for the past 2 years no lie, and these overhyped, overrated golden tongs bust in 3 months BUMMER!!!!
Tilit makes some of the best workwear on the market for Chefs. If you're in the NY area and need to purchase some gear this is a must stop place. They're very friendly and helpful.
What can I say that hasn't already been said.... Quality ✅ Delivery ✅ Style ✅ Price ✅ Communication ✅ Absolutely in love with my Henley and Chef work shirt. Definitely coming back for more.
The customer service at Tilit was amazing, especially from Yige, who helped me find things to try on, found me a new button to replace one that came off an old jacket and was just generally exceptional. Keep up the great work!
Outstanding follow thru! The team is very responsive and there is no chasing to get questions answered. I like how they follow up and reply on emails immediately. I highly recommend Tilit Goods for Chef Apparel.
