we use TQL a lot and always them are very professional. on our last load booked they request we must track the load with them GPS app., we did, so they can saw our location all the times. why stay calling every hour to ask where are located. i said to the agent i was the driver and can't stay answer all calls specially on the route Phoenix az > Ash Fork AZ, many heavy hills, many curves. talk with the agent to said can be there on time, we know the shipper guy there. when arrived to the shipper we try to contact with them to ask for pick up # and didn't get an answer. the shipper guy load me because just said the customer and much with the load. we be loaded and delivered early next morning. and then the same agent contact to me to ask if can be loaded. and told him yes, we're delivered already. i try to contact yesterday and he said im sorry time to go home. everything was ok, the problem now is we can't book loads with them. this morning try to get load info and they said can't give me info about that. very dissapoint.
It was honestly a struggle starting out with a reinstated authority. TQL allowed us to sign on as a new carrier and the stress became so much lighter. They are very easy to work with. I recommend TQL!!
Very professional and helpful brokerage system. TQL has delivered whenever we needed a load and payment were always on time. I highly recommend them for your company’s load needs.
As owner operators, we are not out here to do ANYONE favors. We are out here to make a decent living. $1.50-$2 a mile does NOT cut it. It’s around 80¢ a mile just for fuel. Not to mention Maintenence. And then paying yourself AFTER all your overhead is taken care of. $3 a mile minimum. We aren’t getting rich out here. We just want to do well for ourselves for how much we do and how much overhead we have. Stop with the cheap freight. Goes for EVERYONE. If you have to take a load to get to a better load, understandable. But taking load after load for $1.50-$2.00 a mile? Say no! Don’t do it. Ridiculous. There’s loads for LESS than a dollar a mile. What makes you think that an owner op is gonna PAY to move YOUR freight? How does that make sense in any way? Stop with the cheap freight.
Worst broker to work with. And the worst paying one avoid it Don’t Do it
This company calls non stop at least 10 times a month. We have filed a complaint with the BBB, told them 8 separate times to put us on their do not call list, and even emailed their support to get put on the do not call list like they have suggested. None of it works. I asked a customer service rep once to see why this is and they said that their "Do Not Call" lists are recycled every 30 days!! To be honest, we are looking for a logistics & shipping company, however their poor business practices are the reason we will NEVER work with TQL.
We had 2 trucks confirmed at an agreed rate. Day of pickup, no trucks. we called TQL and basically was told, that the price that THEY agreed on, they couldn't get trucks. No call, no heads up, and left us hanging. It was a disaster to say the least. They call incessantly after repeated times told not to call us, that we would call them. Don't gamble with this company
We used them once to ship will never use again. They call 3 to 4 times day starting at 5 AM and every time we tell them to take us off of there caller list and never do. We filed a complaint with better business bureau too. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT NEVER ENDING PHONE CALLS !!!!!!!!!! They are worse than the car warranty people. Hope this will reach someone that will do something about it .
This company spams its customers non-stop with emails and phone calls. They play lip service to removing you from their list but they must have decided it was more beneficial to ignore repeated requests to not be contacted despite escalation our requests to multiple manager levels. They are rude as well once they find out you do not want to be contacted. We have blocked their number on our phones only for them to pop up with a new number a week later.
TQL is so rude, are very disrespectful to owner op. You have maybe 5 out of 50 that are respectful to owner ops. They hang up in your face, they put you on hold for 3to5 mins just to tell you they load is booked. Instead of saying the load is being booked by someone else at the moment. Alot of broker assistance and brokers there have learn bad behavior by other employees... ZERO STARS... These guys also will post a $600 load for different miles 200 miles 300miles400miles all for $600 scamming people I tell you..
