There are not enough stars in the universe to negatively review tql. Use absolutely any other broker or run empty rather than these people. Research the lawsuits against them and then decide if your business can survive a partnership with them. If that doesnt convince you, then know that they pay 30 dollars an hour detention starting THREE hours after your appointment. The industry standard 50 to 100 after two hours detainment. Know also that you will have trouble collecting that detention. Your company is worth more than having its good name being tarnished by association with tql.
Horrible company Don't even book their own drivers, they just post on the boards at unrealistic and cheap prices. Stop booking with this company and use small businesses. They're going to price everyone out then charge insane prices once they've put all the other options out of business. READ REVIEWS - they are a trash company, only pro is their prices but there is a reason they're cheap
We booked a load with this office on Jan 18. When our tuck showed up for pickup the shipper told the driver load was picked up two hours before his appointment. TQL took us from the load without calling us or sending a email. Very unprofessional!
Rate Confirmations are accurate, Carrier info sheets are well made, there are no nasty surprises with pickup and delivery, but rates are barelly acceptable, and up to 15% lower that with other brokers for similar routes.
Quote a load on TQL load board going to Lincoln NE from Fayetteville, NC with the broker named Austin Kelly and I got a email back do not contact us again. I have pulled loads for TQL for over 6 years, having brokers call me more then 3 times a day and asking if I have a truck available and never was I rude or say tql just called me.
Worst logistics co EVER!!! Wish I could have rated this company a ZERO!!!! The rudest customer sales operations. I’ve owned several businesses in my extensive career and would NEVER consider doing business this company!!! Definitely not the first looking at their reviews!! I hope the owners see how embarrassing this is!!!!!!
Working with TQL has been a great experience. The team is very knowledgeable and thoughtful when trying to help carriers determine suitable routes. They assist carriers from pickup to delivery and ensure shippers and receivers are treating carriers fairly with consideration. They call our company every single day, like another person said, I would rather carry the entire load on my back than use this company. They are unprofessional, and we have told them multiple times we do not want to use their services. No, I don't want to send any type of email. I do not want your email, nor do I want you to have mine, because we all know what happens when this company has your information. Talk about annoying! BBB review to come next....
Brokers like these are the exact reason so many drivers and owner operators are leaving this industry. Nothing more than leaches sucking the life out of the men and women who are working in one of the most unforgiving and underpaid industries in the nation. ...underpaid, due to leaches like TQL.
Spammed company emails and phone until the point we had to demand they stop. Current loads inbound to our facility were set up by 3rd parties. Delivery late without any clue when the driver is ever going to appear. Freight industry is littered with unreliable service. This company amongst the worst of them.
