The brokers at TQL are a bunch of liars. They lie about a partial being a full truck load to lock your truck so you can run a profitable business. James Rego is a liar and you ever get him on the phone just hang up. At this point TQL needs to be put out of business. I don't understand why shippers keep using this company. There are other companies out there to do business with besides tql. I will never book a load with the ever again. Unprofessional, liars and rude.

These are the worst brokers to work with. They say they know what they are doing but, send the wrong trucks, delay delivery from port, ect. I will NEVER use them again and always warn others if their name comes up. PLEASE USE ANY OTHER LOGISTICS COMPANY. You will thank me later.

Besides having low rates. Incorrect delivery appointments and not allowing us to book loads the majority of the time, I say this is the worst company to book loads with. We are a small trucking company with one truck & they expect for us to never have mechanical issues and cancel loads. This is why they will not book with us anymore. Mind you we rarely ever book loads with them because of low rates. I do not recommend them!

I have a small business. I maybe ran for them once with no problems. Now when I try to book loads they say my account flagged. I tried calling to fix the situation but there response is they just choose not to work with me. Then I precede to ask why flag my account there response is they don’t have to disclose that info. I’m not understanding how this is even possible. What’s the purpose of have good credentials if your treated like this. It’s crazy how a company can allow this for business. Craziest thing it’s no way you can fix the problem with them having rude staff. If I could give 0 stars I would. Be careful with this company they might just one day stop uses you for no reason.

I've pulled hundreds of loads for tql and almost always they were great until last week. Agent Alex Kalosky out of Tampa is a damn joke...book a load with him on fri the 15th he says when get loaded he will set up a del appt on sat or sun my choice I told him sat.. when I got loaded he wouldn't answer phone and got to destination on sat no apot set...on Monday finally got delivered after losing a $5000 load..he said was sposed to del on the 15th not 16th and he wasn't paying any detention...wipes like that makes me wanna never pull a tql load again

The worst broker agents, always with a bad attitude and everyone is arrogant and rude. This company is money hunger, they pay bad rates and they treat the drivers and dispatchers badly. They should realize that without the drivers they are left without a job because if the drivers do not move their loads they lose the customers, and that is how it should be, nobody should move loads for them so that they learn that they have work and swallow thanks to the customers and drivers. They are just an intermediary.

AVOID HAULING FOR TQL. If I could give this company a zero I would, nothing but bad experiences, low rates. rude brokers, they are the worst company I have worked with. They lie on rate cons and try to avoid giving detention when it is fair. People who work here do not know what they are doing, if you want to avoid issues ,low rates and dealing with rude unprofessional people do not haul for them.

They called me and woke me up 2 days in row rude as hell. I read all the complaints on them. Truly unprofessional, obnoxious, inconsiderate company. I won’t take their loads anymore! This companies employees don’t know or understand customer service! I bet most of the bad complaints I read about them are true. Very poor staff! I had to block them from contacting me so I don’t lose two hours of sleep daily! #Kyle is a rude and terrible broker. Awake and don’t want to be, Zsgotgas propane company.

Extremely disappointing experience with Total Quality Logistics (TQL). I represent Carmines Rental LLC (MC #1747300). We were an active carrier partner with TQL and were also in the process of expanding into international grain imports. When I contacted my TQL account representative for an intermodal quotation, I was advised to set up a customer account to receive pricing. Following this instruction, I initiated the customer setup — and shockingly, this resulted in our carrier account being immediately suspended and falsely labeled for “double brokering.” One critical issue became very clear: The operations / cargo safety team continued to view us only as a small single-unit carrier that had been in business for six months, instead of understanding the actual business plan and opportunity being presented. Because of this fixed mindset, the representatives on the call failed to understand what we were trying to do and prematurely concluded that we were “not worth it.” That lack of understanding directly resulted in: • Wrongful suspension • False allegations • Reputation damage • Loss of a legitimate long-term business opportunity Simply put, TQL lost both a good carrier and a potential long-term customer due to poor internal communication and weak issue comprehension. My account representative was highly disappointed by how this was handled, but clearly explained that resolution could only come from compliance and operations, not account management. This highlights a serious internal disconnect within TQL. This incident should be used as a learning opportunity for the operations and cargo safety teams. Whoever handled this call needs serious retraining, because the inability to understand the actual issue and business structure shows poor judgment, lack of investigation, and weak decision-making skills. If TQL genuinely wants to resolve this issue, proper communication and professional review are required. Otherwise, this stands as a clear example of how flawed operational thinking can cost a company valuable business. Think carefully before trusting TQL with your freight or your carrier authority.
