It has been nothing less then a great place to get a load, I have had ZERO issues with loads or getting paid on time. Great Job TQL
bad business practices. we used them once and they were terrible! our packages arrived damaged and they would not help us through the process of any type of replacement or credit.
Just started, 1st 5 loads 4 have been with TQL and these people are so nice, it's hard to believe there in the trucking business.
If you end up in Arizona beware of them, l just ended up spending memorial day weekend here in Nogales. They are bunch of liers and theives. I have been with my own authority for 21 years and I still get screwed, imagine those who are just started. Stay away from them at least here in Arizona.
I am booking loads with this company from 4 years with no issues but last load with Phoenix branch was a robbery with me they offer me load from Yuma az to Salinas my truck was in San Diego empty they said need to deliver tomorrow I said it is very tight segul broker said keep us updated if not we reschedule for next morning I go pick load need to reload truck because of overweight two times then I start driving cross all Los Angeles traffic heavy rain when I checked in Salinas they said they already closed 30 minutes ago call tql I sleep in parking lot deliver next morning and now received email about claim for late delivery $1000 can’t believe this and I’m unable to find the guy who promised me that he reseguel if I can’t make it
, bad brokers and bad company overall no one knows what they’re doing and they’re always lying about details. For carriers out there please try to avoid this company they will only cause you issues and the rates are low as well it is not worth it.
Very bad brokers , They are too proud , give only 1$/mile . Very bad broker , no assistance provided in every matter they treat carriers like vegetables ,they don't give Detention as well . THEY use carriers that's all
Great team to work with. They always answer and quick to pay. Maggie is great to work with and always on top of issues. Maggie and her team will go above and beyond to assure all your needs and questions are met.
so Halen Pruitt was a very nice guy, guarenteed me my load he brokered for me was covered by insurance, i have a tropical plant nursery, so they were hauling tropical plants . it was Febuary 2018 , truck had no reffer, the truck went the northern route from florida to phoenix az. Halen assured me over and over he knew what my needs were to recieve my trees in the condition they left Florida in. needless to say my load of tree were frozen dead.. there was no insurance , no compassion , no apology, just a $20,000.00 loss for my business beware of empty promises and fake friendly relations. they just want your money and could care less about small mom and pop businesses they destroy
TQL are famous for watering down the freight market so bad that the owner operator can’t make a decent profit.but as long as the trucks keep pulling there freight they will be in business for a while.
