ZERO STARS. No call, no show on delivery day for my Wayfair order. Happened to look at my email and saw that they said I wasn’t home it was a “customer missed delivery”. LIE. I’ve been home all day, door open, phone by my side. I’m beyond frustrated. You screw Up and then proceed to blame the customer???! Beyond Ridiculous.
Was in and out in 1 hr a little tight make sure you really tie your doors down as you will have reduced space picked up energy drinks 43,000 pounds but was loaded correctly
Arrived at 8:10 in morning had a 9am appointment finally got door assignment 4 hours later after a few phone calls. After 4 hours here still not loading trailer. They are loading a dropped trailer next to my trailer This is almost as bad as Coca-Cola in San Antonio Texad feel bad for any outside carrier that has to pick up a load here
Marc Eastman was super professional and fast, he unloaded my truck in less than 30 minutes
The Updike delivery folks dropped off my Wayfair package this morning and it was a great experience. Andre and his team were very polite and professional. They handled the delivery with care and attention.
The entrance is on the main st, the docks are facing the canal, very easy to dock, there alway s fast to load/unload, very nice people.
I bought furniture through Joss and Main and Updike was scheduled to deliver it to me. They did not show up on the day that was scheduled, didn’t bother to call me and WILL NOT respond to my phone messages or even answer their phones. Joss and Main has called them also and was told they lost one of my boxes and because of that didn’t bother to deliver what they had to me. I have called multiple times and still do not have my furniture. They have horrible customer service.
They run as if they just set up shop. When they are done loading or you think they may be call them because they won't tell you and there are no lights. They are confused in the office. Also check for your load box because they will not put them in your trailer and if they do they also will not lock your load. Very lazy
Not good for truck drivers; had a 0600 appt for a delivery, showed up 30min before and it took them 4hrs to unload me. No restroom or break room available🥴
Sean and Dire were very professional and made certain everything was perfect before they left
