The delivery and installation services provided by Mr. Alex, as well as his team member, were exceedingly satisfactory. Their meticulous approach and attention to detail during the assembly of my new dining table set were commendable. Despite the inherent complexity of the task, Mr. Alex demonstrated precision in following the instructions, ensuring that the table was assembled flawlessly. Their professionalism and thoroughness were further exemplified by the pristine condition in which they left my dining room, with no trace of debris or waste. I don’t know what all the complaining is about? All I know is they were nice & friendly to me, fast and courteous. My appointment time was for 8:30 AM and my check in time was 8:01 AM Backed in the door @ 8:29 AM. He finished unloaded, me (24) pallets @ 9:05AM. They must’ve got things fixed here. They deserved better ratings now.
Typical DC. I was told that they would be calling my momentarily with a door number. 3hrs later, they put me in a door and here I sit.... also, tight backing if you get a door on the south side. Also, no bathrooms for drivers.
Jose was great! Was right on time and got all my pieces into my house promptly. I will definitely be using this service for other moving needs. Thank you guys so much for service! Highly recommend!
0 stars would be more appropriate. I had been waitinv a large curbside delivery. This company dropped it off today, blocking garage, and unannounced. When i called, they said they can drop it off any time, anywhere because it's curbside. They do not have to provide notification. While I could debate what a curbside delivery is, having 6k worth of stuff dropped off randomly is not it. A simple phone call letting me know at least the day, would go a long way. Now I've lost a day's worth of work I was not planning on so I can move everything inside.

Been waiting for 4 weeks to deliver a couch, a company that has absolutely 0 communication skills, unable to use google maps for directions. We have cancelled countless doctors appointments our employment staff meetings cause we didn't want to miss our delivery. All talk and no action. This company has a complete disregard four customer communication and follow through. Rafael Delgado and his dispatch center are "liars" and stated that our package had arrived at our location after being home all day and receiving a text from a number that customers cannot interact or correspond with. Final mile is an idiom and is not a formal company customer that is unable to provide any level of competent service.
Do not check in earlier then your appointment they don’t give a dock.
