My go-to for new workout clothes and a last second blouse! I bring all my friends and family here - theres a guaranteed find every time! Staff is always so nice and helpful. Never had a bad experience and always look forward to my next trip!!
I donated multiple designer Michael Kors purses along with a box filled with clothes and received $18. Never experienced a bigger waste of my time. Not to mention the four previous times I’ve tried to drop clothes off and have received a different excuse every time why they aren’t accepting clothes. Willing to bet Plato’s Closet would’ve been a better place to resell than here. Will never give this establishment my business again.
I sell/donate my clothes here and buy too. They have great selection of clothing for good prices. I like their deals and promotions. I love that the store is organized and dressing rooms are clean. I appreciate how they organize the clothes on the racks by size and color, it helps a smooth shopping experience. I’m also a rewards member and value the membership perks.

The place is clean the staff pretty friendly. I sold here A few times . I notice A pattern at this particular location. I feel like when you’re black they lowball you or they wont even take your stuff. I have really nice stuff thats in season and nice . They never ever offer no more than $27 dollars for My things. Or they would say the shoes nice but it has a small stain which you really cant tell. I wont go there anymore . If you black just go to Platos closet . This place is not worth it at all
Website clearly says they accept clothing up to an hour before close. Showed up today with three huge bags of clothes only to be turned away unless I waited an hour in store - wasn’t allowed to drop off without staying. I’ll be using a different consignment store from now on after wasting my time going here.

I have no record of texts, calls or emails from Uptown, excepting the email notifying me that my sale had been pushed to store credit. I confirmed that I had received no notification with a nice employee, in store, after searching for the system phone number in my texts and e-mails. While I was there, she also attempted to send a text to my phone that never came through. Since something in their system failed and I wasn't contacted, they pushed my cash to store credit and threw away the drawer my clothes were in. Now I have to buy a new set of plastic drawers. I am not really interested in selling here again. This is the second time I have been told I was sent a notification but did not receive a notification from their system when my order was completed. Luckily, last time I was able to find out and get to the store before they trashed my container and pushed it to store credit. I'm minus $63 for this.
Went on a Monday afternoon around 2pm to sell a bunch of stuff that didn’t fit anymore and they quoted me a 1.5 hour wait. I was listening for my name and heard a bunch of names that were not mine. When I finally asked, they said they called my name already. It was a complete waste of 2 hours of my life. Maybe one of the other locations are better. We still have a giant box of clothes left, but we think we’re better off dropping it off at a donation box somewhere
I love this store! Seem’s that every time I stop in I ask myself why on earth I don’t visit more often! I fixed that tonight; I just initiated a calendar reminder that will repeat every month as if it were a standing appointment! How’s that for a recommendation?!?! Yes, the “finds” are THAT good! In addition to the amazing inventory at low low prices, the people are super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! If you haven’t checked them out, you should put it on your to do list.
