I had 2 bags full of clothes many unworn with tags attached and received a text message after waiting that they weren't going to accept any of my items. This is interesting because I took the same bags of clothing to a different consignment store and they purchased 22 of my clothing items, YES 22!
My daughter bought a lululemon jacket and 10 minutes later we received a call that we needed to return it because one worker it was purchased and it was for selling and the workers should priority the clients. I was mad for that because l am waste my time driving again.
2nd one I have been was told to call this one before I go to see if they accept a Prada jacket or not. They said they will look at it. The they offered 10$ to a $4200 jacket with tag as still on it. I will not go to another uptown cheapskate.
Very nice atmosphere!!! & A beautiful inviting scent... I went in to appraise some items, and end up purchasing!!! Now how did I end up doing that!!! Just can't pass any good deals. Smh( shopaholic)☺️☺️. Purchased a beautiful backpack!! I also donated some dresses that store couldn't buy. Good experience thus far🌺
Normally I've never had a bad experience here but I never encountered the guy that runs around like everyone is in his way and he doesn't want to be there well you know what they say about a job you dont like!!
During this particular visit, all the employees were engaged and friendly, smiled and spoke and were helpful. They didn’t even act annoyed when I had over 10 items to try on. And I found some cute workout shirts!
Absolutely love coming here. So many new and tending items. Tons of amazing name brand stuff. Today we picked up so many 60% off items for todays discount day. And 80% of the items we got had their tags on them.
I’ve come here twice now and signed up for notifications and NEVER BEEN NOTIFIED OF MY BUY. I literally waited for 4 hours today just for them to pass on all of the items. Your organization and staffing SUCKS.
