I am very disappointed with the whole project of the solar panels by OMNIYA We told the sales agent not to install the panels and new roof until we come back from our trip overseas but they did it anyway Also we told then we may cancel because we were not sure about cutting a white oak tree of 50 year We still a year now and our solar panels are not producing 100% due to the trees that are cut yet but the Dividend bank paid you Velocity Energy $63,636 plus one year only interest of almost $3,500 in 2023 I am being very patient but I can not wait any longer I am contacting the Attorney General in Delaware to make this concern public in the media We will not stop until justice for seniors are accomplished
Velocity did a solar system install on my home about 9 months ago. I waited to do a review because I wanted to make sure the system was performing as promised. So far the system has been exceeding its promised output and had been able to offset all of my usage even during hottest months of the year. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is a need for some improvement in proactive communication. I had to reach out to them a few times to get information that they probably should have just provided to me as a matter of normal practice. That said the work was good, the system is excellent, and is doing more than promised and at the end of the day that is what matters.
If you are looking to go solar, go Velocity. My sales rep, Edgar, was extremely knowledgeable and checked in with me regularly to assure everything was moving on schedule. The installation crew was great, too. Kept me informed throughout and everything looked great! This is a friendly and professional family company that has given me a great experience. I can't wait to start seeing the results in my energy bills!

Amazing company that did a great job. They actually came earlier than we thought they would and the team was very professional and clean. They did an amazing job and love getting free power now. I would highly recommend.
Called 5 minutes after scheduled appointment time to tell me he was no showing because he didn’t know anything about roofing, only solar and he didn’t want to “waste my time” since he said AC Elec had blacked out my grid for new installs. Any small amount or research would have shown AC Elec has reopened the grid on my address. All these solar companies are the same. Knocking down doors and stuffing mailboxes when they think they can make a buck and won’t give you the time of day if it’s not lucrative enough.
By far the fastest install company in New jersey! 40 days to get the panels on the roof
Long delay by Velocity to put thru paperwork causing me to pay both normal utility bill and payment for system. Was told the money for the first payment would be sent back to me, but it never came. I still pay around 60 dollars a month to utility company on top of my system payment. I have received nothing but false promises from numerous people in this company. From salesman, his manager, and the owner of this company. I would not recommend this company to anyone. *** Update one inverter stopped working around October 30th. The Enphase app was the only reason why I knew this occurred. (Salesman advised if something was wrong with the system they would contact me to fix it, and that it was a full monitoring service. Obviously also not true.) I called Enphase to find out why the panel was not showing power making. Enphase found after running a scan on the system that the panel inverter was not working correctly. Enphase was not able to fix it via networking, so they contacted Velocity to advise for the need of service. Velocity energy responded out and advised a new inverter was needed. The inverter was shipped directly to my address. The package had a contact number for the person working on my site. Not using his name on this post. I called numerous times with no answer and the message service for his number was full. I finally got thru after numerous attempts and advised the part arrived. Was told the office was closed and that he would let them know so they could schedule the next week. This was at the end of November. As of yesterday I finally was able to get the contact person on the package out to install the micoinverter. However, the panel is still not working. Was on the phone again with Enphase who attempted another scan to get the serial number for the new inverter so it would communication with the system. Apparently this is the job of the installers. Again I now have to wait until Velocity does the job they are supposed to do to have the system working at 100 percent again. Less than a full year into my system being installed and it's been nothing but a headache. If I could give the mirrored responce in my paying for the system I am sure they would have issue with the relationship as well. They got their money and don't really seem to care about the follow thru.****
