The process was smooth, professional, and well-organized. Micaiah Mansell, my main point of contact, was fantastic to work with—friendly, knowledgeable, and always available to answer any questions I had. The installation team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left the site clean. The new roof looks great, and the solar system is already helping me save on energy costs. Hello, should be no stars I feel like I have not gotten a fair transaction between Velocity & Omniya. This solar panel purchase has been a big headache from the start and has been very unprofessional from Velocity & Omniya. Between speaking with 2 Joshuas & some salesman from Omniya, no one can seem to finish the solar panel install that needs to be finished. I was told that trees will be cut in my yard that affect the solar panels getting sun. Someone from Velocity told me that it was not written on my contract when the salesman from Omniya guaranteed it will be done. This was told to Velocity & they said they will get quotes from different tree cutting vendors & then send someone out to cut the trees. After going back & forth with the Velocity rep, he said he was still waiting for a tree cutting vendor to get back to him & a payment was made for my solar panel plan by Velocity. Once again, Joshua from Velocity called & I asked about the status of when the trees were gonna get cut & I was told that Omniya went out of business & I will have to make a payment. I explained to him once again that the installation is not complete & I am not making a payment until the trees are cut. This is getting really ridiculous & I’m in the process of getting my lawyer involved & reporting this bad practice. I am gonna sue Velocity & Omniya for bad business practices and make sure they never get over on another customer again. I am at my wits end & do not appreciate being treated the way I have been over the last 2 months by Velocity & Omniya. Either cut my trees as promised or take the solar panels off my roof & repair my roof back to the original way before the panels were put on. This is very unprofessional & ridiculous. Joshua portrayed as nice before being very rude throughout this process while telling me that Omniya president will reach out to me which never ever happened. I need to be contacted asap with a plan on when my trees will be cut or when the solar panels will be removed!

I had an excellent experience with Jason as my solar consultant. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything in detail without ever making me feel pressured. He made the process simple and smooth, and I now feel confident in my decision to go solar. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional solar salesperson.

I was dealing with velocity solar and had the worst experience I've ever had. Giamo was my rep and he completely lied to me and tried to take advantage of my family. Thank goodness my cousin who works in solar reviewed my agreement and told me he was not only blatantly lying but also price gauging me so badly. There a lot of great companies out there to go solar with and this is not one of them. He was charging me 21 cents on a 2.9% annual increase! Other companies are offering close to 10 cents or even under that in certain areas so make sure you shop around instead of going with a rep who is trying to make his yearly salary on a few deals by price gauging. Not only that he told me that based on my usage the solar would cover my entire bill when it wasn't even half of my usage so I would have still received a huge electric bill on top of my huge solar payment. Solar can be great, but unfortunately there are scammers out there like this in the industry that give it a bad reputation. Stay away from this rep and company unless you want to pay more after going solar than you do for your normal electric bill!

My experience with Velocity Energy and Home Soultions has been phenomenal to say the least. Zayn is very professional and welcoming. Not only does he explain all questions, but he is not in a rush to get out or make a deal. He is very peronsoable and I really feel that I made a friend. He follows through on everything said and wants the people that he does business with to trust him knowing that the deal is truly putting the custmer first instead of himself. Whenever you need anything regarding solar, ask for Zayn. We will be sharing his contact information with all of our friends and family. Not to mention him cutting the electric bill more than half and installing the project in a month. Very satisfied.
