I had a broken shingle from a windstorm and contacted Vidal construction to come and inspect the roof. They were able to locate my roofing shingles and came out within 3 days to replace the damaged shingles as well as a couple of other areas I hadn’t noticed. Will definitely have them take care of any future problems.
Vidal Construction was able to assist me in troubleshooting a leak in my roof. Additionally, they provided a cost effective DIY solution. I would highly recommend them as they provided prompt and professional assistance.
I had a problem with my roof vents, so I contacted Joey. He promptly replied and scheduled the work for a few days later. The job was completed quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend Joey and his team for any future roofing projects.
We are having to have our kitchen and utility room reconstructed after water damage and Vidal company was recommended to us by our insurance company. Logan, Vidal’s specialist, came to assess the scope and sequence of the rebuild, and was able to meet with us within our schedule. He was professional, personable, efficient, and able to spend time to explain the process and answer all of our questions. Logan’s expertise reassured us that the rebuilding of the damaged areas of our home will be quality craftsmanship. Also, the receptionist for Vidal, Sarah, was wonderful every time I spoke to her in getting the meeting with Logan arranged. I had to call multiple times to reschedule due to conflicts of time on our end. Each time I spoke with her she was just so pleasant and accommodating. I was able to work with Joey Vidal throughout the whole process in having my roof replaced. I valued that he was attentive and responsive from start to finish. Overall I’m very happy with my new roof and would highly recommend him and his team.
Honest service. The project project manager checked out my roof after a hail storm and let me know there was no damage. When a second, more damaging storm came through I immediately called Vidal Construction back. Joey worked with my insurance adjusers and worked within my needs and schedule. Joey even helped me out with getting my solar panels reattached when I found out my original solar company went out of business. Great service! Communicated with me every step of the way.
Roof problems are tricky because you can’t wait around or your problem gets worse. Fortunately, Vidal responded immediately when we reached out, and showed up next day to evaluate the problem. They also gave an honest assessment and only made the repairs that were actually necessary rather than upsell or exaggerate the damage. They also fully inspected the roof, provided photos and video, and made a same-day repair since our damage was pretty light. This is my go-to roofing company now!
Thank goodness for Joey and his team with Vidal construction. They were able to help me with a full roof replacement, my home looks fabulous. They did an excellent job and the work was done in a timely and professional manner.
On June 15, 2026, during the monsoon rainstorm at 5am, my daughter called me while I was at work, to tell me that her upstairs room was leaking from the ceiling. I contacted Vidal construction first thing in the morning about the problem. Mr. Vidal responded quickly to my message and told me he will have someone out the same day to repair my roof. Couple hours later, the roofers showed up and repaired my roof. If you are ever having issues with your roof, I would reccomend Vidal Construction based of my experience with them
We had water drain issue under our sink that effected the cabinetry and flooring. Your crew came out the day of the incident and work into the evening They were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They explained in detail what they were doing and why. Very comforting.
