This company came highly recommended after we had a number of shingles blown loose. Mr. Vidal and his employees did not disappoint. He and his employees were very professional, courteous, and the price was very fair. I love that they fixed items I had no idea were damaged without any extra cost to me. Logan from Vidal Construction came out to do my inspection and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. He was extremely polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. Logan took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and was genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find someone who is both thorough and personable, and he truly represented Vidal Construction well. I highly recommend Logan and Vidal Construction to anyone needing a remodel, a new roof, inspection or construction management services.
Due to recent storms, my son noticed the carpet in his room was damp. Of course panic sets in and all kinds of thoughts start running through the mind. I knew of Vidal construction plus I had seen, on the news, the good deed they had done, for an elderly lady with a leaky roof. I gave Joey Vidal a call and without hesitation he came out to our house the next day. He was able to assess all the possibilities and noticed separation in the window frame. Some quick caulking around the frame and reassessment he was on his way. Thanks to Joey and his expert knowledge it appears that was the issue for this last storm on Mother’s Day night, no damp carpet. My wife was happy and would like to hire him for our future projects. Vidal construction is highly recommended.
We needed our roof replaced and our insurance company had a contractor connection. Vidal Construction was assigned to my claim. They were extremely professional. Worked closely with my insurance company. I didn't have to spend any out of pocket. All addititonal costs that were found were handled by Vidal via our insurance company. I would like to point out especially good service from Molly and Lissie.
We discovered a hole in our roof in the middle of a rainstorm on a Saturday, and with the forecast calling for five straight days of rain, we needed help fast. Joey Vidal returned my call within an hour and was at my house to assess the situation within two hours. He quickly identified the problem and had a crew out a couple of days later to make the repair. I honestly have no idea whether the price was the lowest around, but in that moment, responsiveness, professionalism, and peace of mind mattered far more than shopping for quotes. Joey and his team delivered exactly what we needed, and I was happy to pay for the quality of service they provided. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
