The burnt ends were DELICIOUS loved the pickled onions and Spicy slaw. The fries had a delicious seasoning. 10/10 will eat here again.
Stopped by on our way through KC during a cross-country roadtrip. This place is phenomenal. There wasn’t a single item that we didn’t like. All 3 of us ordered different plates to share: 1 meat plate with burnt ends, potato salad, and cornbread soufflé; 1 meat plate with pulled pork, Mac n cheese, and spicy slaw; and one smoked cream cheese burger with fries. The Cinder Block Czech Pilsner and Broadway Brewery Honey Wheat were fantastic. Staff had great recommendations and were friendly. Highly recommend!

Had such an amazing experience with the crew here! Joseph was our server and he was absolutely phenomenal. And the food… wow — seriously incredible. I ordered the two-meat platter with pork belly burnt ends and sliced brisket, plus cowboy beans and the street corn salad on the side. Everything was packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. The atmosphere was great too — super clean, well-lit, and just an overall pleasant place to enjoy a meal. Highly recommend!
Everything was amazing! These are the best ribs around, they fall right off the bone. The turkey was juicy and tender. If you like jalapeño cheddar sausage you have to try Wolfpacks! You can’t go wrong here.
I was really excited to try this place as there aren’t many bbq options close to the River Market. I order the two meat plate with side orders of the onion rings and the spicy slaw. The slaw was pretty disappointing, mostly just a soppy not-very-spice cup of cabbage, I really enjoyed the onion rings (I wish I could’ve had more than three), and the meat was high quality but wasn’t near as filling I hoped it would be. For the $36 I spent (no drink) I feel like there is better value at any of the other already established bbq joints in Kansas City. Overall, food quality - good, value for what you pay - meh.
Good BBQ, my ribs and burnt ends were good. Great service, or waiter was very attentive. A sign on the door says 20% gratuity is automatically added to your check. Glad the service was topnotch. Reasonable prices.
Food was great and reasonable price. Our server could have written down our order that she wouldn’t make it wrong. We ordered a quarter pound and we got half a pound. We ordered spicy slaw and we got normal slaw. Good thing she checked on us and explained for our wait.
Great food! Ate with my family around 530 6 wife and 3 kids no complaints. Server was awesome. Good prices! Had burnt ends chicken wings beans pulled pork alittle bit of everything and 3 appetizers 1 to go fried pickles were amazing!!👏
