They finally got a manger that manage the line pretty well during pick hours and sales. Thank you! Update as of July 2022. It looks like they increased staff. Staff do not look stressed anymore and helping much more willingly. Nice people within packages online order pick up section, that historically I had some issues with. Recently I had only good experience. I hope this trend will continue!

I love ZARA! I'm a big fashionista. I know my designers. I love beautiful and well made clothing. But I will shop and buy a garment ANYWHERE, whether it's $500 or $5. if it's cute, the right color, an odd fabric, women's or even something quirky that catches my eye, I'll wear it and make it look like it came off the runways of Milan! From the first time I walked into a ZARA in Barcelona (before there were any in the USA) to now, I've been a fan. They're one of those companies that follow the trends of major designers and have them in stores right when designer collections are available. Sometimes even sooner! Needless to say I've collected throughout the years quite a bit of ZARA clothing that were not only "hot" the season I bought them, but favorite pieces that are now staples in my wardrobe that I continue to get complemented on. Check out the new plaid, transparent rain jacket I just picked up and had to have.
Thanks to Hope and her amazing styling suggestions I was able to easily transition from business casual to date night. I got the job and the guy ! THANKS FOR THE BOOST OF CONFIDENCE HOPE !
The sales associates were quite pleasant and easy to engage with. Unpon entering the store on 12/22/23, at approximately 5:30 - 6pm. The stores greeter was very helpful and genuinely positive and polite! Such a gentleman and exact in his direction as it pertained to my questions Most notably was Tiffany. She was en route with a piece of merchandise when I asked for information. She offered to help and get someone to assist me. But she returned later and steered me through yo the men's puffer vest. I also met with Michael. Also pleasant, and I shared my favorable experience with him also. The store was very busy, and the lines were long, but the gentleman at the cash register delivered the best service. He was systematic in clearing every customer on the line. No negative attitude. Attentive and directed customers to the self-serve registers as an option. Thank-you, team Zara. You delivered and I am grateful 👏
I wish I read the reviews earlier (especially the 1-star ones). What is wrong with the staff? I was treated like I owed them money! I went there to buy and return but only two cashiers were working and a huge line ahead. After 40 minutes I was told that I had to buy and make returns on different floors. Seriously? Finally, after returning my stuff, I was held for nothing waiting till she put the clothes back on the racks *veeery slowly chatting with her colleague simultaneously. Then I asked if I was good to go, and I heard back with the nerve “I will let you go whenever I consider it necessary, you understand?” This is the last straw. Are we somewhere in da hood or what? This attitude is unacceptable. She wore no badge otherwise I put her name here. But I guess it's a standard situation in this store. And of course, the manager was already away at 6 pm

By far the worst Zara there is in manhattan stay away or travel for better service and cleaner store. Employees act like they hate working there especially a lady working the register on the 1st floor lying to customers having them lash out on them never going to get size checks and men’s section other employees giving bare minimum customer service hope upper management sees this review and addresses what’s going on this store …

I went to Zara on a Monday afternoon to make a return. The line was extra long because of a clearance sale going on and because there was only one person working the register. About 40 minutes later it was my turn and I'm told returns are upstairs. This is my neighborhood store and I've purchased and returned items enough times to know this is a new policy. Nobody who works there said anything the entire time I was in line. At least the girls working upstairs had the decency to tell customers their line was return only. This is absolutely the last time I'm wasting my time and money at this location.
