Accurate Cargo Delivery Systems

This company has been a nightmare. Our order was on time by the original shipping company. Then it sat docked awaiting this company to follow up for delivery to our home. We called twice, and each time the woman answering the phone was rude. She told us they'd call us when they had it. They didn't call us, so a third call finally got the delivery scheduled. We were given a window between 8 and 5. We waited all day, no call, nothing. When we called them again, the rude woman told us the day hadn't ended yet, so why were we calling. We explained the package still showed it was docked in Phoenix. Finally a guy got on the phone and told us his delivery guy had walked out, and nobody bothered to tell us there would be no delivery. Had to reschedule, and God only knows if they will actually ever deliver it! Further to follow! Ken, I sent you an email last night.

We used Accurate to move to floors of office furniture.They were awesome and professional. Timely adjustments were made in quick fashion. Couldn’t be more happy with our results!

We have used accurate cargo in the past and thought they would be ideal to bring a transformer up from Phoenix to our job site in Prescott... turns out this was a bad idea. They failed to pick it up the first time because the driver didn't have his paperwork, eventually brought it up and dropped it off but it was laying on its face without any bindings, looked like it was in a train wreck. One of the guys on site signed the bill of lading before noticing that the transformer was trashed. Contacted Matt who told me there is nothing they can do. Now I need to buy another transformer and my project could be delayed by weeks, and in turn, my customer's opening date may be delayed. If you need something moved, rent a box truck and do it yourself.

Very unsatisfied with this company and their customer service, that they state to please the customer. I ship daily, and my shipment to the customer was handed off to them, and it sat and no effort on their part to find a "working" number that they already had, and may have mis-dialed, but never tried to rectify the problem. My customer called, and got the run around then I called and got the run around. Poor customer service, does not hold up to what they say they are "about"! Will not use any freight company that hands off to this terminal again. Lesson learned at our expense!!! Unhappy customer, unhappy shipper does not equal good word of mouth!

BEWARE OF THIS SHIPPING COMPANY!!! Accurate Cargo Delivery Systems is a joke!!! I ordered an engine from River Rat Motorsports and it's been sitting in Accurate's warehouse three weeks now. I have called several times only to be told it's on the way. This company is the pits and I would not do business with them if my life depended on it!!!

Now I Understand & have seen with my own eyes why Accurate Cargo Delivery Company only has a 3 1/2 star rating. I am a maintenance man & do volunteer work for a Church in northern Arizona. We ordered an A/C unit that was shipped on 6/2/20, 10 days later we received our product on 6/12/20 only to find out that Accurate only delivered 1 piece. So, I called the company & Spoke to Alejandro on 6/12/20 he said he would look into it & call me back. Didn't here back, so I call a week later & speak to Alexus she tells me that Alejandro isn't there, that he is working from home. She says she will look in to the matter, didn't hear back. I call back on 7/14/20 & talked to Cheri she tells me Alexus is no longer there. So, Cheri tells me she will tell Carla who I beleive works in the warehouse & she will get back to me. I wait, no call. I call back on 7/16/20 & talk to Lisa & explain everything again. I get a call a day or two later from another worker with a tracking # saying they will be shipping the product & they need to confirm shipping date & to set up a day & time to receive the product. Which, was set up on 7/21/20. So, we received our other piece 40 days later, the box looked like they had been playing football with it. tore, black marks all over & the wall mount A/C unit plastic face cover was warped probably from sitting in the warehouse in the heat & had scuffs on the face from the outside box & the box the unit was in being ripped. Thank you so much Accurate Cargo Systems Inc. Your Un-professionalism expains the 2 stars I gave & that was for Cheri, Lisa & the delivery driver with assisting in their help because of the incompetence of the rest of your people which took away the other 3 stars you might have received if your company had any clue about professionalism. Here is the Un-Pro sticker #39851590 for the guy who makes all the apologies for this Company on the reviews. Which by the way, anyone can make apologies they are a dime a dozen. Like that ole saying "The Road To Hell Is Paved With Good Intentions".
