This is a company partner that delivered our new toilets today. While I would like to provide a good rating, I am unable to do so. The gentleman was nice, however when I requested he simply place the items in the garage, I was informed that he cannot do that. Just last week I had a bath tub delivered and the gentleman from another company was happy to place it in the garage, and waited while we unwrapped and inspected the item. While the driver offered to help me take the toilets inside, I refused his assistance. I understand liability very well, however delivery approximately 300 lbs of porcelain should not be an obstacle, or left in my driveway until I could obtain help. I am very disappointed and if I have anything coming through Accurate Cargo, I will decline. Had my parents been here to receive the delivery, the toilets would be sitting in my driveway the entire day, which is unacceptable. I highly advise you discuss with the customer when scheduling, the expectations, along with potentially realigning your policy to offer delivery of such items like this into a covered area. Respectfully, A completely disappointed customer Update: Due to the fact that the President reached out to me, I am able to update my review and per his request, not condemn the company over one bad experience. The fact that he was so responsive and took ownership of the situation proves to me that there is a great amount of integrity. Sir, I do thank you for the update and please accept my updated rating as an apology on my end for my harsh approach to the situation. I honestly look forward to any delivery from your company. And a conversation with the President just blew me away in a positive manner. Honestly, look no further for your cargo/freight needs. You will be a satisfied customer.
Accurate picked up our shipment, where it then sat on their dock for nearly 2 weeks until I called them and inquired as to what was going on. Then, when it was transferred to another carrier, they left a digit off of the new pro number they gave me, so when I called the next shipper, they couldn’t give me any information. Had to call “Accurate” back again to get the full pro number.
I delivered to accurate cargo in Las Vegas, got to see one hell of air show with Airforce THUNDERBIRDS,Then went to accurate cargo in Phoenix AZ. Really great people at both locations, they did a great job. Thank you...p.s. Nascar Vegas track.cool
This aggressive driver shouldn't be on the road and probably shouldn't be working for you guys. Not sure where he went to truck school, but he needs to go back.
I’m just here rating one of the drivers, terrible driver! He sped passed me and ran me off the road to get back into the correct lane because he was about to hit an RV traveling the opposite direction. He shouldn’t be driving if you don’t want a lawsuit when he kills a family. DOT number 797610

I have waited almost a month with this company failing to contact me properly to make arraignments for delivery. I have called them multiple times and upon complaint gotten a different excuse every time. Customer service is lousy and "Accurate" is a joke.
You guys delivered 5 - 37 inch tires to my Husband in far N Phx a couple months ago and your service was outstanding! Thank you.
There was some miscommunication in the beginning but the owners went out of their way to make it right! Very satisfied with Accurate Cargo and would use them again :) Appreciate the effort they put in to make it right!
