Accurate Cargo Delivery Systems

CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS: Not happy with Accurate cargo received a call to set up delivery time 10am-2pm made arrangements for delivery called customer service at 1230 to verify delivery, was told the deliver was an hour out. Called back at 245 customer service very unhelpful and rude delivery will be made the next day between 10-2pm driver ran out of hours. Don't plan on accurate cargo to delivery when they say. I understand issues come up unexpectedly but a simple phone call can do wonders for business depending on your company to come through. The last customer service rep tried to do what she could by giving us an early morning delivery.

After a few issues, the president of the company reached out to us personally to make things right! We believe that the company does want there customers to have a great experience. We really appreciate that they cared enough to make things right. The drivers were awesome and friendly!

Unfortunately, customer service was very poor when using this company. When quoted a delivery date and time, I counted on them to honor their quote. On delivery date, I called to check up on it, only to be told that my cargo was not loaded and wouldn't be able to be delivered until a day or two later. Someone should have called me to tell me, not me having to call and find out.The gentleman on the other end was rude and unhelpful. Won't be using or recommending this company to anyone.

Score 0-2 this company was used twice to ship a/c units. Both times about 2 weeks apart they lost the units. First time was one unit which seems difficult to lose. The second order was a pallet of 4 a/c units. It wasn't my choice to use this company. Unfortunately the interstate freight company continues to pass the freight to this company for local service. The first unit eventually arrived about 2 weeks late. Tracking showed it was in their possession the whole time. The second order hasn't been found yet but has been missing for more than a week now.

I changed my delivery service to Accurate Cargo a few months ago. My driver is on time and has helped us with a few hard to maneuver items once he has them on our dock. I'm very happy with their services.

Totally clueless, my freight was tendered to Accurate July 24 and we were never contacted. After numerous calls from us and the consignor, we were told 1. Wed July 29, 2. Friday July 31 or 3. maybe Mon Aug 3. It arrived in damaged condition July 29. The shipment had to travel from Phoenix to Prescott. Saia was the consignor. Destination A 1 Mobile RV Chino Valley

Accurate Cargo could be a good company I don't know but the driver name Jorge was rude, didn't want to provide the phone number to the company, had hard time to follow instructions regarding drop off and just drop it right off the street. Was in the rush and didn't even bother to wait for his manager to call him. After all I have very bad and stressful experience with a very simple task. Very disappointed.

I originally had a customer issue and posted a negative review about Accelerated Cargo Delivery Systems. Within 1 hour of posting my review I received a call from the President of the company Ken Reynolds. Ken called from a personal trip and spent 30 minutes listening to me and then explaining the reasoning behind the issue. He apologized for the inconvenience and insisted on sending an employee to my house to deliver the order 2 hours later that same night more than 100 miles away. Needless to say this company has gone above and beyond to make up for previous mistakes. I would absolutely use this company again and I appreciate and respect Ken Reynolds for his help and IMMEDIATE attention. As a customer I could not feel more valued.

I purchased a large item 700 lbs shipped from GA. The carrier was Roadrunner (avoid them). It was scheduled to arrive at my home on 3/9 and finally arrived at Roadrunner PHX terminal on 3/12. They never unloaded the trailer. On 3/18 the moved the trailer to Accurate Cargo Delivery in PHX (different company and a really good one). I called them and was told it would be Monday 3/22 for sure. I told Alejandro @ Accurate my story and he put me on a brief hold. He took responsibility for the shipment and confirmed a delivery for tomorrow 3/19. THAT’S SERVICE! Thanks Alejandro!

ABF (Arkansas Best Freight) worked in conjunction with Accurate Cargo to deliver our (2) 28' U-Pack trailers to our new home in Dewey, AZ. Leah in their customer service dept and driver Chris were very helpful and on time. We have a very difficult driveway to navigate with a 28' semi trailer and Chris did it in his first try. Being a former driver I could appreciate his skills. Leah went out of her way to keep us updated. Great experience with Accurate Cargo!
