Accurate Cargo Delivery Systems

Accurate Cargo rose to the challenge when a secondary freight company made a commitment for a Monday delivery and failed to notify Accurate Cargo that we had to have a delivery on Monday. No other delivery date was acceptable. Bob was able to get a trailer and delivered early on Monday. He was pleasant and very willing to work to make us look good to our customer.

A big thumbs up! Accurate Cargo always gets it right. The driver was awesome..kept his mask on, kept his distance, great communication, right on time, I’m impressed with this delivery service. Thank you Accurate Cargo and to your driver Cardy Gerardo. I will continue to use this service and I highly recommend it.

We operate a moving company to move our clients' household goods from and to Mexico and as such, often use the services of companies such as Accurate Cargo. Sometimes, we have situations that can only be resolved by our vendors doing more than is strictly required of them. One such event happened for our client in Arizona, where we needed a delivery at a Destination at a particular time of the day. Nothing would require Accurate Cargo to grant me our request; they were in no way obligated to do so. However, not only did they do what was asked of them, but when the man who would drive the truck, Willie Brown, heard that we needed him at a certain time, not only did he agree, but he asked us what the larger issue was, to see if he could help. Between Willie and us, we worked out a delivery even an hour earlier, so that, not only would our client's problem be solved, but so would the problem of our unloaders and unpackers. I need to emphasize that in no way was Willie obligated to help. He could have had a normal, easy day and showed up some time between 8 and 10. However, he didn't do that. Willie took personal responsibility for our problems, showed up more than an hour earlier than he had to, and solved them all. The next day, Willie showed up exactly as promised, and everyone (the client, included who thought Willie was great) was happy. Thank you, Willie, for going out of your way to help us. You are a credit to your company.

I was preparing to move cross country in August 2020. Willie Brown, with ABF, was truly helpful, as he voluntarily assisted with my packing to get it done! I was so grateful to him. He’s kind hearted, friendly & a hard worker. Because of his willingness to help pack up my kitchen items & rearranging of my stuff, the ABF trailer left for Phoenix on time. I consider him a strong asset to your company!

Josie here in Customer Service is outstanding! We had an emergency 911 shipment that was going to be delayed in getting to us and we needed the product ASAP due to an error on our side. She was able to us more than I ever dreamed, she found the product despite an error with it and got it out for same day delivery. I am so happy with this and her amazing service. Josie should be a highly valued member of the accurate team with how she went above and beyond to help us out.

*edit, we are still having issues with the company. They keep making excuses why they can’t pick up their trailer. It’s In a very inconvenient spot and now we may get fined if it is not picked up. I will not use them again. Originally we did not have great service with some of the ladies setting up our deliveries. However, the president of the Company reached out to us to make things right. We really appreciate that he cared enough to take care of the issue. The drivers have been amazing through out the whole process! I believe the president really wants his customers to have a great experience.

I had initially written a bad review. I am giving accurate cargo a five star review. The customer service I received was beyond anything I have gotten from any company. I would like to thank Ken who helped keep my small business on track and I would like to thank Mark Rivera for being a great driver and keeping me in touch as my product was delivered. Great job.

My first experience with Accurate Cargo has been wonderful. I had just one pallet but very important to my client that was stranded in Phoenix and with just one phone call, they "rescued" from the carrier that had it and completed the delivery same day. I saved 5 days of anguish. It was just one pallet and I was new to them but Jared and Dale made it happen. Thank you so much.

Accurate received my item and proceeded to return the item because I could not be reached within 48 hours. When I read the email that the item was going to be shipped back, I called and emailed immediately. The woman I e-mailed there simply sent back an e-mail stating they had attempted to call me two times without reaching me and were sending the item back and that I would be charged for the return. "Too bad, So Sad!" Luckily I reached another person in customer service who tracked the item which had not been sent back yet and rescheduled delivery. The driver was very nice but I would never recommend or use this company. Update- After posting this review, Ken Reynolds, owner of Accurate Cargo, contacted me by phone to see what he could do to improve his companies service. Needless to say, I was surprised and impressed by his dedication to making service better in his company. I retract my statement about not recommending Accurate Cargo and will use them again.

I had a fantastic experience with Accurate Cargo Delivery Systems and highly recommend them. They delivered a large item to my home and, unlike other companies I've dealt with in the past, Accurate Cargo did everything right. They called in advance to schedule the delivery and then delivered it when they said they would. I live in a rural, hard-to-navigate area and the driver went out of his way to get here. He was courteous, professional, and did a fantastic job. The item (a large propane grill/smoker) was in perfect condition. I was so happy with the experience that I sent a quick email to Accurate Cargo to compliment their driver, and the company's owner called me to follow up. That kind of customer service is rare, and is yet another reason I recommend this company.
