Late 90% of the time. They have given the excuse that there truck broke down at least 3 time... Still not Accurate. 6/24 I asked for an 8-10am delivery when it did not show up I called and they put it on a truck with a 10-12pm delivery. I had to reschedule my crane. Very disappointing

We initially had a very poor experience with a delivery from this company (missed a delivery date / rude employee); however, the owner contacted us and fully addressed our concerns. Our delivery made it safely and everything was in tact.

Hey guys, Willy Nieves was the driver who delivered our 1,000lb. pallet, (oversized also). He was friendly, knew how to get that oversized pallet out of the back of his truck, with NO problem, and waited while I looked things over!! I appreciate Willy and the little things he took care of.
Shipped in a timely manner and in perfect condition, if any problems or questions arise the owner Ken will make sure you're taken care of will not hesitate to reach out directly.
First thing that happened is that, even though the driver was in town, he called later that afternoon and said he wanted to redeliver the kiln the next day. Should've seen the red flag there. The next day, the kiln was delivered around 3:30 PM. When I opened the packaging, the kiln/burner stand had been crushed. It was OBVIOUS that something heavy (stands are rated for 1000 LBS) had been set on it or fell on it. Nobody fessed up to the crime, and it delayed my installation by over two weeks, which resulted in me paying an extra fee for extending a building permit. Thanks a lot, people! So if you don't mind damage that isn't reported, use these guys.
