My son had a sinus infection and needed to see a doctor on short notice, so I was referred to this place from my insurance. We were able to get right in! Leah and Dr. Ding were excellent, and I was so pleased with the availability, cleanliness and staff of Action Urgent Care! Will definitely be back! 10/10 would recommend without hesitation!
I went to urgent care last minute for an illness that needed immediate attention and Sydney was super helpful & nice! She made me feel comfortable talking about my symptoms and was transparent about everything I needed to know. She also recommended additional things I can do on top of my treatment from the doctor to help alleviate any discomfort. I’d definitely come back to have her help me.
I took my mom to Action Urgent care last week I had a best experience with their services. They accepted her insurance and took her to exam room right away. After examining her the physician proscribed her medicine right away. After taking the antibiotics she was 80% better right away. I highly recommend them!
I could not be happier with Action Urgent Care. I went this morning and was in and out of there in less than 2 hours. Every single member of the staff was spectacular, from the front desk clerk to the MA to the NP. The facility is so clean and updated.
I had a great experience at Action Urgent Care Median. Sandy L was my medical assistant, she was honest and caring. It was my second visit and both times were great in term of customer services and helpful staff. I would recommend this place if they accept your insurance. If not, it can be a bit pricey to pay out of pocket.
Omar was great! So kind and made me feel very comfortable while I felt unwell. Super kind guy. Made my urgent care experience enjoyable. I came back again for cold symptoms and was helped by Samantha. She was great and super helpful. She was very kind. Highly recommend getting helped from her.
I recently found out about this clinic. Very convenient location and operation hours. Tiffany T, was my medical assistant she was polite and very friendly. Dr. Robert, is knowledgeable and was very helpful during my visit. Overall a 5 star service, will definitely be coming back to this clinic.
Love this place, staff are all amazing. They're young, energetic, and very enthusiastic in helping their patients. Got the best cutting-edge medical knowledge from their doctors. I use them as my Primary Care physician, since I don't have to wait months to get an appointment. In fact, I could just walk-in anytime that suits me. Yusuf (Medical Assistant) took my blood test and it was so smooth and I didn't feel anything. He's very helpful and knowledgeable.
Nice facility. All of the staff were kind, courteous, and patient. The PA I saw was very helpful and took the time to ensure I understood his instructions. I made an appointment online and was seen right at my appointment time. There were no other patients in the building. Parking is sparse but we parked on the street for no charge.
The staff and the quality of care they provided was incredible, even as they had to work through my only complaint was that they did not have tools needed to care for me. They did not have suture scissors so they had to improvise. Again the people, fabulous.
