Tiffany T was courteous polite and proficient. Her application of needlework was almost pleasant. I’ll definitely come back here if I have further urgent care needs. The wait was a non issue as I had an appt and I was in and out in about an hour.
I had a great experience! I’m very appreciative of the staff’s kindness. Sanjana helped my visit flow smoothly and I felt at ease with her support. She was very empathetic towards my situation and reassured me through the entire process.
My follow-up visit went well. I was seen quickly, and once vitals were taken, was shown to a room. My Medical Assistant, Juliann D was very kind and reassuring…. I was a bit nervous about the pending procedure that was to be done. All went well, the kindness and professionalism shown by Juliann and my PA, Ding helped put me at ease.
I was badly struggling with intense heart palpitations and my whole body felt like it was on fire. The provider, Truc Trang, was hands down the worst I’ve ever seen. She seemed completely lost and had no clue how to actually talk to me. All she did was read some generic guidelines out loud and asked if I wanted to just follow them?!!!! Her attitude was awful, and it felt like she just wanted to rush me out of there. I went back a few days later feeling even worse, and she literally said she didn’t know what was wrong—with the same annoying attitude. Isn’t empathy supposed to be a requirement for med school?? She didn’t seem confident about anything she said and didn’t even bother with a proper exam. Something in my blood work was clearly off—it was even marked in red and according to Google could've been a sign of heart attack—but she still told me everything looked normal!! It was the worst medical experience I’ve ever had.
Xin and the staff at Action Urgent Care were incredibly professional and friendly. I decided to visit after seeing so many positive reviews, and they exceeded my expectations. Instead of simply prescribing medication for diverticulitis, Xin genuinely cared about my condition. He took the time to listen to my symptoms, thoroughly explained my illness, and provided thoughtful, constructive advice on how I could improve my recovery. Highly recommend!
Omar, Ding and Aileen were amazing. Extremely professional in behavior and demeanor. Very clear communication about my specific condition and treatment plan. I felt as though I made the right choice coming to Action Urgent Care as opposed to any other facility thanks to these two. A bit farther of a drive than other places but they made it worth it.
