My daughter got her x rays done here a month ago by Lindell P. And he is absolutely awesome! He took the time to show me the x rays and explain them so clearly. We went in today for a follow up x ray and he remembered us from before and was super helpful. Showed us the x rays and explained how the fracture was healing. Highly recommend this location to get x rays.
Everyone here was exceptionally knowledgeable, cheerful, friendly, warm, and experienced. Yusuf K., in particular, made my usually shy daughter feel much more comfortable. I am very impressed by the high level of service and commitment to care at this location.
Super quick service at this place. I injured my knee and came in requesting an x-ray. After a brief consultation, I went in without any delay. They promptly made an appointment for me to get the results read (atypical of other urgent cares that I usually have to pester to get results). For both appointments, I worked with Sandy L., who was super nice and professional.
I had a great experience at this clinic. I was seen by Alauki, who was very kind and thorough. She asked thoughtful questions about my symptoms, which made me feel comfortable and well-cared for. I had some tests done and they were patient with me as I figured out my insurance. The entire process was smooth and efficient.
Thank you to Vy T. for being so attentive and polite. I’m very glad I had her as my MA for today! She asked my pronouns which was very much appreciated and made sure to address me correctly for the whole interaction. She was very calming for my situation and I was relieved to be speaking with her. I appreciate her for listening to my babbling because I was nervous and she never made me feel embarrassed. Not only was she attentive, but she made sure to work quickly as well so i was able to get in and out of there! I was attended to and out in like 30 minutes! Super quick!! Would definitely recommend her and this center! :)

Tiffany T Tiffany was great at greeting me as I came in with my son. She was very helpful and said I can take care of your son while you use the restroom. I am very pleased with the attention I have received and this will me my go to urgent care from now on. Tiffany is truly remarkable and attentive.

I just visited Action Urgent care, and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff (Yusuf) was welcoming and efficient. The check-in process was quick, and I appreciated the cleanliness of the facility. Special thanks to Yusuf for walking us through the check In process. The nurse who attended to me was compassionate and took the time to listen to my concerns. The doctor was knowledgeable and explained my condition and treatment options clearly, making sure I felt comfortable with the plan moving forward. What stood out the most was the minimal wait time, which is often a concern at urgent care centers. I was in and out in under an hour, which was fantastic considering I was feeling unwell. Overall, I highly recommend Action Urgent Care for anyone in need of prompt and professional medical care. They truly prioritize patient comfort and care!
Sandy L. Was amazing. Made me feel like this location was just a bunch of friends which made the visit that much more comfortable! She engaged in convo and kept everything very professional. Aside from her, this location overall is great as it’s open later thank most urgent care and it’s clean and full of amazing people.
