Everyone was very kind. They performed a thorough examination. They provided everything that we needed to recover. We also had virtual followup.
Action Urgent care was great with my baby. They did amazing from the front desk to the provider. The kindness showed could not compare. My nurse Vy T was so respectful to my child and took very good care of her. This was the only place my child truly felt comfortable to let anyone take a look at her and that tells me a lot. Hopefully I don’t have to come back but if I need to, I know where to go when I’m in the Bay Area.

I was checked in by Tiffany T she was great, extremely polite straight to the point very professional and easy going. All the staff is great but if you get Tiffany know youll be treated very well.<3 The front desk receptionist was the sweetest person, she went above and beyond trying to helo us when our insurance was having issues. The place was clean and had a sense of calming ambiance, i was seen very fast and my appointment went swiftly, highly recommend this place.
Service is fast, clean and organized. Tiffany T is very nice, friendly and welcoming along with everyone here. Dr Raphael made sure all my issues were addressed correctly. They were fast to check me in and take good care of me. It's good having Kyla app set up before you come in, that's what they use to verify your insurance so they can check you in, you can also make appointment on there to make it even faster. Overall, I totally recommend this location for your urgent care.

She patiently walked me through each step, ensuring I understood everything clearly. Her hospitable and kind demeanor made the experience much more comfortable. AMAZING experience- literally the best experience I have ever had at an urgent care, or even at a doctors office. Sandy L, the MA taking care of me, was so insanely kind and sweet and friendly, and I was so pleased by how attentive she was. She truly went above and beyond from the moment I arrived. She made me feel so welcomed and comfortable and I instantly got the feeling that I was going to be well taken care of. The doctor I saw was also SUPER kind and caring!!! The whole team at action was just so incredible, fast, efficient, friendly, smart, caring, and just so genuinely kind. Sandy L genuinely cares about the patients, and she makes that abundantly clear the moment you connect with her!!!

Terrible experience. Unprofessional front desk. The women met me with annoyance. After we did insurance she spoke condescendingly and rolled her eyes when I said I couldn’t wait another 30 mins to be seen. Do not recommend. Rude. Unpleasant. Not a good environment.
