Avoid this place! THE WORST medical and customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Conducted tests I never asked without consent Crazily mistaken billings Never-respond customer service Extremely unprofessional experience. I came here for a routine physical exam and ended up dealing with multiple incorrect bills, services I never received, and charges that should have been fully covered. Staff made mistakes during the visit (including failed procedures) and then charged extra for me to come back so they could redo their own errors. Their billing department has been unresponsive and disorganized — I’ve had to call so many times over 3 months with no resolution, and they failed to communicate with the lab, causing me to receive final notices for bills I should never have gotten. If you value transparency, professionalism, and straightforward healthcare, do not come here. This has been THE WORST medical and customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
Posting almost after 6 months since we got care here. Took my son here after a fracture. While they were dressing the fracture for my crying child, a nurse (Tiffany I think) walked in and was smiling and asked “Do you all want to participate in a fun contest? Write a review and..” -and when we told her we were not in the mood for this- she asked if she can write it herself- took our phone and she wrote herself a 5 star review. I think that kind of explains all the reviews here. They made us come again for an X-ray the next day. The X Ray technician Lindell was good. Guess what? They made us come the third time again to collect the Xray results and charged another $75 for it. Just to collect the X Ray and to say “go to a specialist”.
The staff were amicable, empathetic , thorough in analysis and very clear in communication.
I had such a great experience with Alauki! She was so kind and asked all the right questions to determine my diagnosis. Process was smooth, and I only waited a few minutes after checking in to be seen. Urgent care centers in general tend to have a bad rep especially for long wait times but my experience was super efficient. 10/10!

I was surprised to see an urgent care with 4.8 stars and 3k+ reviews. But they 1000% deserve it. I walked in 10min before closing and they treated me like first class. Not only are they friendly, efficient and clearly know what they’re doing but the facility is clean, nice, and modern. Nothing but positive experience. Would drive here in a heart beat over anything close to my home.
Though it's never a fun day when you're visiting urgent care, this location consistently provides fast, helpful care. The staff is always extremely kind as well.

Took me right in, I was very anxious, calmed me down, examined me, suggested treatment and gave excellent advice..very professional and kind..went back for follow up, just as nice as before...Raveena V. the FNP was very kind and professional...as were Amaya L.G. (MA), and the very sweet young lady at the front desk, Spozhmey was her name..(i hope I'm saying it right)..immediately printed my copies for me ... she was wonderful, and so kind..
